China is a big country for textile production and export,after years of development,China's textile industry has been equipped with the highest level of processing and the most complete industrial chain all over the world.The globalization of Chinese textile enterprises is in the ascendant,and many enterprises have made brilliant achievements on the way of internationalization.However,in recent years,with the global integration is not only an opportunity,there are challenges:the increasingly fierce competition in the textile industry;domestic land,labor,and raw material prices remain high,high cost of textile enterprises;Europe and the United States market as the representative Of the foreign market is still weak recovery,market demand is sluggish,coupled with countries to boost economic protection of the domestic textile industry have set up trade barriers,the domestic textile business profits fell significantly.ASEAN member countries Vietnam with its location advantages and relatively low labor prices,rich resources and a stable investment environment,attracting a large number of garment manufacturing and accessories processing enterprises to invest and build factories.In China's textile enterprises to actively implement the international business at the same time how to use their own advantages,grasp the opportunity to go out to achieve global layout,to deal with the challenges of globalization is placed in front of China's textile enterprises in urgent problems.The international market entry strategy is a comprehensive plan,based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise in order to obtain sustained growth in the global market.It includes strategic and tactical goals,enterprise resource allocation and policies Established,it is the next period of time to guide the international business operations of the program.In this paper,taking HF textile as an example,this paper analyzes the macroeconomic environment and industry status of investment destination country by combining the strategic behavior theory and competitive strategy theory with the help of international market management strategy,and aims at the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise itself And on the basis of the advantages of the enterprise,according to the comprehensive competitive advantage of enterprises to enter the Vietnamese market entry model,and put forward the relevant market entry strategy and the development of implementation measures.Hoping to help enterprises optimize the allocation of resources,effective control of investment risks,to achieve synergies.And recommended HF textile in the internationalization of the implementation of technology and product transformation and upgrading,so as to enhance the production efficiency and profitability,and actively promote the international competitiveness of enterprises to further enhance.
