With a new round of reformation of electric power system,the traditional monopolistic electricity retail market has gotten to be liberalized,various investors are attracted to invest the electricity retail industry,the development of electricity retail market has become to be more diversified.The electricity retail marketing business is allocated from grid companies to the newly established electricity retail companies,the electricity marketing strategies for the electricity retail companies will be the key of their own business success.Along with the adjustment of China's industrial structure and increase in the number of electricity retail companies,the business of electricity retail competition will be under increasing pressure,when the newly established electricity retail companies entering a new market,how to find a suitable development path for themselves,how to find a suitable business model,these kind of issues are need to be considered.As the State advocates " Internet+",an important way to make the economic restructure come true is to upgrade the traditional industries with the Internet,which makes the traditional energy industry be more likely to combine with the Internet.The electricity is an indispensable energy source in the modern society,under the circumstance of rapid development of electricity retail business reform and energy Internet,the electricity retail companies should not only focus on the physical reality,should take a positive attitude to embrace the energy Internet,effectively use the Internet and other related technologies to innovate new business models for the electricity retail,to achieve the transformation and upgrading through Internet plus the electricity retail.This paper is based on this consideration,to analyze the newly established E Electricity Retail Company business models,considered by the current market policies and the competitive environment,and try to find the existing problems.In the summary of the development of business models for the domestic and overseas electricity retail companies,and based on the characteristics of the energy Internet,to discuss the E Electricity Retail Company business development direction based on the energy Internet thinking,innovate the feasible service models,put forward the corresponding strategies and suggestions which can be suitable for the market positioning and business models of the E Company.Meanwhile hope to bring some beneficial references for the same power generating type electricity retail companies.
