Research On The Development Of Characteristic Industrial Cluster In Shaod Ong Of Hunan Under The Background Of Precision Poverty Alleviation

Hunan Shaodong County is the birthplace of China's private economy is one of Hunan Province,the first private economic reform and development of experimental zones.After 20 years of reform and opening up the development of adjustment,Shaodong has formed a lighters,hardware,leather goods luggage,herbs mainly of the characteristics of industrial cluster development.These cluster development of the characteristic industry annual output value of more than 10 billion yuan,but also absorb a large number of rural surplus labor and urban laid-off workers in labor-intensive industries.The development of the characteristic industry cluster has brought the very important influence to the local economic growth,the employment expansion,Shaodong local how to promote the development of the characteristics of industrial clusters to promote economic growth in the county to further promote the county and surrounding counties and cities to achieve full poverty alleviation,is worthy of our in-depth study of a major practical problem.This paper attempts to take Shaodong,Hunan as an example.Based on the industrial cluster theory and the macro background of the national accurate anti-poverty policy,this paper studies the characteristics of Shaodong's characteristic industrial cluster development,analyzes the promotion of Shaodong characteristic industry upgrading,industrial cluster effect The paper puts forward the countermeasures of Shaodong's construction of innovative industrial cluster under the background of precise anti-poverty policy:firstly,strengthen the coordination between industrial policy and anti-poverty policy;secondly,build the industrial development information platform Docking precision poverty alleviation object;Third,through the government to take the lead in establishing a multi-agent coordination mechanism.Through the research on the development of Shaodong characteristic industrial cluster,it can provide some positive experience reference for the inland areas of our country to strengthen the county economic strength and implement accurate poverty alleviation.
