The Current Situation,Problems And Countermeasures Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In J City,Jiangsu

Precise poverty is based on the different needs of poverty-stricken areas and farmers.It is necessary to scientifically use effective procedures to accurately identify,assist and manage the objects of poverty alleviation,and allocate poverty alleviation resources to poor people with different needs according to prescribed procedures.According to national requirements,this work must adhere to accurate poverty alleviation and elimination.In recent years,the party committees and governments from the central government to the local government have carried out a lot of works on the poverty alleviation and achieved remarkable results.The poverty of J City in Jiangsu Province presents a discrete and sporadic distribution feature,which belongs to poverty in the surplus.After carrying out the accurate poverty alleviation,J City has accurately identified and established the records of poor households,and increased financial investment to provide the classified assistance.The innovative "126" medical assistance model has also obtained periodic results for the characteristics of poverty due to illness.However,there are some problems such as inaccurate object recognition,large proportion of "pocket bottom"poverty alleviation,low initiative of poor households to get rid of poverty,a "passenger psychology" of cadres,insufficient precision of accurate poverty alleviation files,and ineffective industrial poverty alleviation.Taking J City of Jiangsu Province as the research object,this paper investigates the porverty situation in economically developed regions,comparatively studies the experience in accurate classification,industrial poverty alleviation,and consumer poverty alleviation in the process of precise poverty alleviation during the process of accurate poverty alleviation in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou.The paper also proposes the multi-dimensional comparison for the improved identification accuracy,encouragement and advocation of the deep society participation in poverty alleviation,ideological guidance,change of the backward view of poor households,strengthened assessment for compact pairing and assistance responsibilities and the enhancement of professional poverty alleviation force.The multiple measures are taken to enhance the effectiveness of industrial poverty alleviation.
