Spatial Pattern Of Pollution-Intensive Industry Province And Its Environmental Effects In Henan

The spatial pattern of pollution-intensive industries and their transfer are the hotspots of regional sustainable development research.Under the background of undertaking industrial transfer,the transfer of pollution-intensive industries may lead to the occurrence of ecological pollution and environmental deterioration.Therefore,it is very important to study the effect of pollution-intensive industries on regional ecological and environmental effects.Since the international financial crisis in 2008,relying on regional advantages,industrial base,resource advantages,and actively undertake foreign and eastern coastal areas of industrial transfer.During the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,the total export value reached US $ 73.84 billion,more than that in 2010.The actual utilization of foreign capital was US $ 66.1 billion in five years,and the amount of foreign capital was more than 3 trillion yuan,all of which were the "Eleventh Five-Year" period 3.3 times.It is of great practical significance to study the spatial layout and the environmental effect of Henan to undertake the sustainable development of economy and society.In this paper,the regional distribution and transfer trend of polluting industries are measured by the change of the proportion of pollution-intensive industrial products in the province.Based on the spatial analysis method and the pollution-intensive industry transfer index method,the pollution industrial transfer path of the four major economic zones in Henan Province And the law,from the time,region,industry three dimensions to broaden the pollution-intensive industrial transfer theory research range.Through the Granger causality test,it was confirmed that there was a causal relationship between the transfer of pollution-intensive industries and the regional environmental quality,and the economic growth of the environmental Kuznets curve(EKC)model was stripped off to undertake pollution-intensive industries And the influence of the economic growth gains brought by the project.The influence of the shape and the direction of the EKC curve on the environmental quality before and after the transfer of the pollution-intensive industries in Henan Province was studied.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:First,the time pattern,the scale of pollution-intensive industries in Henan Province is growing.From the point of view of the development speed,there are different stages of the development of the pollution industry,followed by the gradual growth,rapid development,relatively slow growth of the three characteristics.Second,the spatial pattern of pollution-intensive industries in Henan Province presents a "center-marginalized" spatial pattern with the gradual decline of the Anyang,Xinxiang,Zhengzhou and Luoyang as the center,showing a decentralized-concentrated and decentralized development trend.Central Plains urban agglomeration and the pollution-intensive industries in the western region showed a diffusion state,while the northern part of the North and the Huanghuai area were relatively grounded.Third,Henan foreign direct investment and waste water emissions,domestic and foreign investment and emissions,there is a long-term equilibrium between them stable relationship.The domestic and foreign investment intensifies the solid waste in Henan Province,which is a serious Granger reason for solid waste pollution.The corresponding emission of waste gas is the Granger reason leading to the change of investment outside the province,which shows that the environmental regulation of Henan low threshold is to attract domestic and foreign Investment,to undertake high pollution-intensive industries an important reason.Pulsed reaction analysis shows that emissions of waste gas have a positive effect on the introduction of domestic and foreign investment,that is,some extent,environmental pollution has promoted the growth of domestic and foreign investment.Fourth,Henan to undertake pollution-intensive industries caused by the transfer of EKC curve of the right shift,leading to "turning point" after the shift,indicating that economic development can only achieve a higher level in order to promote technological progress in the high energy-consuming industries to upgrade,and thus achieve high output,Pollution-free;at the same time bring the EKC curve of waste water,solid waste EKC curve down,indicating that the current pollution-intensive industries to undertake the transfer brought about by the overall increase in waste water emissions and reduce the scale of solid waste emissions;For the EKC curve of the exhaust gas,the curve lngas is higher than lngas-fdi indicating that foreign direct investment increases the amount of exhaust emissions.
