China's vast territory, resources, the spatial distribution of the environment is diverse and diverse,socio-economic development situation is also very different.Population and socio-economic data cover a wide range of data sources and a large amount of data.Social and economic data is one of the most basic information resources in the country. It contains data on various fields such as industry, agriculture, population, transportation, energy, health and education. It is the basis for macroeconomic regulation and control of the national economy, national strength and social development of the information carrier, the country to develop economic, social, science and education and other areas of development policy premise. However, due to a variety of socio-economic statistics in the time period, the scope and content of the investigation and technical regulations and other aspects are quite different, resulting in comparability of socio-economic data is weak, for the application of socio-economic data have a strong limit,The specific performance in four aspects: the statistical unit of the spatial scale differences, the statistical indicators of the degree of difference, the adjustment and change of administrative regions and regional development characteristics are not easy to be reflected. In order to enhance the application efficiency of socio-economic data,it is very important to reflect the characteristics and differences of different regions, and to compile the socio-economic data of different regions and establish the corresponding typical socio-economic index system.Social and economic index system is an effective tool to evaluate the degree of regional development.A comprehensive social and economic index system should reflect the development differences between different regions. However, most of the current development evaluation methods have the same index system in different regions, which cannot fully reflect the regional development characteristics.Based on the analysis of the integration of socio-economic data at the county level for four time nodes,a large number of studies have been made on the social and economic indexes involved in core journals in China in recent 10 years, the typical index system introduced by international and domestic regulatory agencies and government organizations and the combination of expert experience and numerical correlation, this paper puts forward the method of establishing different social and economic index system of different typical regions. From the angle of scientific investigation, three typical regions of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,Loess Plateau and Southern Hills are established respectively. And the rationality of the index system is demonstrated comprehensively. The results show that local natural environment and development policy orientation are the key factors in the establishment of social and economic index system. The method proposed in this paper can provide reference for constructing different typical regional social and economic index system, and the constructed social and economic index system can fully reflect the difference of regional development characteristics and regional development level. In order to enhance the intuition of socio-economic data and to better reflect the differences and characteristics of regional development,socio-economic data needs to be spatially processed to reflect the spatial distribution of socio-economic data.In order to make the spatial distribution of socioeconomic data more reasonable and more accurate,it is necessary to introduce land use data for auxiliary modeling. However,it is necessary to determine the appropriate scale of spatial distribution of socioeconomic data in different regions by studying the appropriate scale of spatial representation of surface elements in different regions.Based on the semi-variability function, the fitness method based on Monte Carlo method is used to determine the suitable scale of spatial distribution of socio-economic data in typical regions by comparing the sub-study area method, the direct method and the simulation method based on Monte Carlo method.Due to the large scope of the study area, the appropriate scale of the same surface elements may be quite different. Therefore, the study of this paper chooses some parts of Sichuan Province,Shaanxi Province and Hunan Province. The best scale of spatial distribution of socio-economic data is: 323.66meters(Sichuan Province),225.64 meters(Shaanxi Province),283.09 meters(Hunan Province).GDP is the most intuitive and representative indicator of the level of economic development in a country or region, and it is self-evident about the importance of assessing the level of economic development in a country or region. Therefore, this paper chooses GDP to study the spatial distribution. In this paper,we compare the multi-source linear regression and the BP neural network to study the suitability of the spatial distribution of typical regional GDP,and determine the BP neural network method which is suitable for simulating the nonlinear process and introduce the land use data and nighttime light data Simulation, and finally get the Sichuan Province,Shaanxi Province,Hunan Province,2010 GDP spatial distribution data sets for the future development of the economic development policy and the implementation of strong data support.
