Comparative Analysis On Intensive Use Of Construction Land In Typical Cities Of Liaoning Province

Saving resources is one of the important basic national policies in the early stages of our country.It has an important strategic position in promoting the development of our society towards the direction of resource conservation.As one of the important ways to save resources,intensive land use investigation is used to reverse the extensive land use mode,to allocate land resources reasonably,and to utilize land resources efficiently.Effective protection of land resources and other aspects of the positive role.This article selects three cities in Liaoning Province with different economic levels and different location conditions,namely,Anshan City,which has a deep industrial base,a number of outstanding industrial enterprises,and an important location near Shenyang,the third largest economy in the province;The newly-emerging petrochemical city Panjin in Liaoning Province,which has the most dense highways,superior sea port locations,and the fifth largest economy in the province;has a wealth of mineral deposits,a geographical location in Northeast Asia and important economic circles,Dandong City,the 9th largest port city in the province.From the characteristics of economy,population,geographical environment,location conditions,main functions,land use,and other urban characteristics,analyze and contrast the characteristics of selected typical cities,and reveal the current status of development and land for construction in cities through population,land,and economic data.The potential relationship between population and economic development establishes an index system for intensive evaluation of construction land in typical cities in the province and determines the index weights,comprehensively analyzes the results of intensive utilization evaluation,calculates the intensive utilization index of each city and its jurisdiction,and further reveals its spatial distribution characteristics.A comparative study of urban intensive degrees was conducted to analyze the problems existing in the use of construction land in each urban area and provide some specific countermeasures.(1)The judgment results of land use status in the three cities are all "higher".Relatively speaking,Panjin City's construction land is in a state of conservation and intensive use,ranking Panjin,Anshan,and Dandong in descending order of comprehensive index values.(2)In Panjin City,the three cities evaluated in terms of intensity index,growth land consumption index,and management performance index have higher values,indicating that the city's level of conservation-intensive utilization is relatively good,showing a good situation of land investment.The land output benefit and the total economic volume carrying land can still be achieved,and the new land supply management has achieved more outstanding results.The Anshan City and Dandong City are relatively weak in terms of management performance;there is still a certain gap between the status quo of the rate of decline of economic growth in Anshan City and Dandong City,and it is necessary to further reduce land consumption while economic growth;The elasticity index of land use indicates that there is a certain gap between the degree of coordination between the degree of utilization of construction land in Panjin City and Anshan City and its own development.Urban construction land use should pay more attention to the dynamic trends.(3)On the basis of comparative analysis of urban typicality,this paper probes into the spatial distribution difference characteristics of three cities,and compares and analyzes the evaluation results of the counties and districts under the jurisdiction of the three cities.It is concluded that the present situation of saving and intensive utilization of construction land is decreasing from city level to county(district),the important relationship between overall development and local coordination,and the inevitable requirement of coordinated development among population,economy and construction land.In the future urban development process,should pay more attention to intensive development to prevent extensive expansion.(4)In the process of economic development in the future,the three cities should transform the mode of economic growth,optimize the industrial structure,improve the quality of economic development,promote the industrial convergence between regions,and thereby increase the level of land intensive use.Strengthen land use supervision,make full use of economic and administrative means,and improve land use standards.At the same time,it will activate the stock construction land,implement land consolidation,increase the land utilization rate,and realize the coordinated development of economy,society,and ecology.
