Differences Ahd Coordinated Analyse Of County Consumption Level In Henan Province

Investment,export and consumption are usually considered the three major driving force to promote economic growth in the region.With the transformation of China’s economic growth mode and the frequent fluctuations in the international economic environment,investment and export’s economic promotion has weakened,the consumption has become the leading force to promote China’s economic development.In recent years,The plan that enhance the consumption potential of China’s residents to expand domestic demand and stimulate economic growth has been referred many times in the central level meeting.Especially the current strategic plan of "one way along the way",but also has brought opportunities for our consumption of fast and high-quality development.Henan Province is located in central of China and has a large population.In recent years,under the guidance of the strategic principle for the rise of the Central Plains,Henan Province has made remarkable development.However,due to various reasons,the current level of development in Henan Province still has the bigger gap than other developed areas of our country,so it has a long way to go for the completing the goal of the rise of the Central Plains.Consumption is the endogenous driving force for the economic development.While the consumption level of the counties(the total retail sales of consumer goods per capita)is relatively low and uneven in Henan Province,and the gap also has the trend to be gradually widened.Although the appropriate consumption level gap is conducive to the rational distribution of various economic factors,but too large consumption gap will not only dampen the consumption of backward residents of the county,but also undermine the economic elements of these areas’ reasonable and efficient circulation which lead to adverse consequences.In terms of the consumption level(scale)research,research scholars for consumer function have put forward the theory of absolute income hypothesis,relative income hypothesis,long-income hypothesis,random walk hypothesis and so on.In terms of factors affecting the level of consumption,regional scholars also have made a lot of achievement for different levels and have provided a wide variety of research cases.In order to keep the integrity of the county unit and the continuity in the area,the municipal area merged into a unit and with the general county-level administrative units(including county-level cities,straight pipe counties)unified as a county-level regional in this paper.This paper is based on the administrative divisions of Henan Province in 2014,including 17 provincial cities,21 county-level cities(including Jiyuan City)and 88 counties,for a total of 216 research units.In this paper,the mathematical characteristics of traditional evolutionary differences and absolute differences are used in terms of temporal evolution.It’s concluded that the difference of consumption level of 126 counties in Henan Province has gradually expanded,and the growing trend is accelerating.Among them,the absolute difference is gradually widening,Even though the relative difference has the weak fluctuations in the 11 years(2004-2014),it shows the downward trend overall.The results of convergence analysis say that the consumption level of county in Henan Province shows a significant trend of absolute β-convergence.In terms of spatial evolution,there is a significant spatial autocorrelation in the county consumption level in Henan Province.Through the analysis of the LISA chart and the Moran`s scatter plot,it can be seen that the county level of Henan Province has a significant "one group + zone" structure.Regarding Zhengzhou city as the core,including Xinmi City,Xinzheng City and Xingyang City,such as the composition of the significant H-H area nucleus and east of the Beijing-Guangzhou line from Yanjin County,Huaxian County,Changyuan County and other components from north to south significant of the L-L zone collapse zone.Considering the factors affecting the level of county consumption,taking the more research unit and its internal heterogeneity into account,this paper base on the average that the total retail sales of per capita social consumer goods in 126 counties in Henan Province for 11 years,and divide 126 county units into three groups of strong consumption of county areas,the general county area and the consumption of the county area.Besides,It uses the total value of the total retail sales of consumer goods in the past 11 years as the dependent variable,and through the previous study of the relevant experience to find out the the possible factors as independent variables that impact the regional consumption levels to improve(this article lists 12 indicators).Then using the EViews software panel data regression statistical function,they filter and verify the impact of 12 pre-selection and get the factors that affect the improvement of consumption level in the three regions.Accordingly,the following comments were made for different regions: paying attention to the role of the tertiary industry for exuberant region and promoting the new development model of "Internet + tertiary industry";strengthening the health cause construction and improving the medical system guarantee;establishing a stable and orderly market order and building a harmonious consumer environment;Advancing the land circulation actively in the medium area,impelling the construction of modern agriculture and increasing the income of agricultural residents;improving the economic strength of cities and towns,and boosting the per capita disposable income of urban residents;increasing government financial investment and promoting consumer goods to the countryside activities;enhancing financial support to consumption sluggish area,developing the modern agriculture and township enterprises;strengthening labor skills training,expanding the way out of work and improving the income of residents;paying attention to regional characteristics,raising funds by multi-channel and developing the characteristic industry.In addition,Henan Province should establish a perfect social security within the whole province,health insurance system and social relief system,which can eliminate the majority of the families’ concerns for current and future life,and enhance residents’ ability and confidence in consumption.
