The Study On Leisure Agriculture Development In Jiangxi Province From The Perspective Of Agriculture And Tourism Integration

Leisure agriculture,as a new tourism format which integrates primary industry and tertiary industry,has become a key point for agricultural transformation,upgrading and structure optimization,and it even assumes a strong development momentum in the case of economic development into the new normal.The healthy and sustainable development of leisure agriculture could promote the growth of a series of relative industries,which could promote the adjustment of agricultural industrialization,increase farmers' income,improve rural environment,and continue to play an active role in building a beautiful china.Input-output method is mainly used in this paper to analyze the development status and problems of leisure agriculture in Jiangxi province empirically,and point out measures to promote the development of leisure agriculture based on the integration of agriculture and tourism.Jiangxi Province input-output table is compiled and published every 5 years,there is no tourism option in "Jiangxi Province input-output table in 2012",and "Jiangxi Province input-output table in 2017" has not yet been compiled,so Jiangxi Province input-output tables in 2002 and 2007 are selected as the data source to compile Jiangxi Province input-output table of 14 departments in 2002 and 2007,and Jiangxi Province input-output table of 14 departments in 2010 through the RAS method.Finally,the input-output model is constructed to make an empirical analysis integration of tourism and agriculture in Jiangxi Province,so as to reveal the development trend of leisure agriculture in Jiangxi Province.Through empirical analysis,the following conclusions are obtained:Firstly,seen from the input-output analysis,we can conclude that the industry association degree turns out to be relatively low between tourism and agriculture in Jiangxi Province.Tourism and agriculture are still in a low degree of integration,the influence and sensitivity coefficients of tourism on agriculture are both lower than average influence and sensitivity coefficients of tourism on national economy sectors in Jiangxi Province.There is still much space for improvement in the future,and next mutual integration is needed to promote the development of leisure agriculture.The analysis shows that tourism and agriculture are still in indirect effects,though the industry association degree between them is gradually increasing in Jiangxi Province,and tourism gets a more strong demand pulling force and support driving force on agriculture.The direct pulling and driving force are still relatively weak between tourism and agriculture,and the indirect pulling and driving force are strengthening.Secondly,it can be found,based on above empirical conclusions,and combined with the development of tourist industry and leisure agriculture in Jiangxi Province,the obstructive elements of restricting the development of leisure agriculture in Jiangxi province mainly conclude: the lagging development ideas,congenitally deficient quality for participants,simple and extensive project construction,and inadequate support in credit financing and so on.Thirdly,scientific and feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of leisure agriculture in Jiangxi province by taking the following measures: optimize the policy environment,standardize the management system,increase investment,innovate model and products of leisure agriculture,integrate marketing ways and so on.
