Study On Risk Management Culture Of A Bank Under New Normal Of Economy

Risk management culture is a crucial part of the comprehensive risk management system and development strategy of modern banks.It is a cultural power which is integrating modern bank business philosophy,risk management philosophy,risk management behavior,moral standards and risk management environment and other elements.More and more practices show that the level of bank management depends largely on the capacity of risk control and what kind of risk culture that a bank advocates.The advanced banks of word have always attached importance to the construction of risk management culture,emphasizing that risk management should run through the whole process of banking business and should be a culture growing from theory and practice,Eventually form conscious consciousness and behavior of bank practitioners.As a policy bank based on national credit and set up by the government's fund,A bank is sustaining a increasing pressure of risk control under the domestic and international economic situation is not optimistic.Although policy banks do not aim at profit and put the policy objectives in the first place,the policy banks as a bank,regardless of how much of its policy functions,must strictly follow the general laws of the bank to prevent and control the risk.This paper introduces the theory of risk management culture and the advanced experience of domestic and foreign banks,and makes a comprehensive study on the construction of risk management culture of A bank based on the characteristics of policy banks and the unique background of the new normal of economic.Through the questionnaire survey to understand A bank risk management culture construction status and weak links under the background of the new economic background,and finally through the diagnosis and analysis,put forward the improvement measures of A bank in system construction,risk concept and guarantee system.
