With rapid growth of the Internet E-commerce Platform,online shopping has become indispensable as a way of people's lives in recent years.How to guarantee the timely delivery of offline express is the primary responsibility of each delivery enterprise when they faced increasing online transactions.The express enterprises can ensure the delivery requirements of daily shopping online trading with its existing vehicle resources,but they look inability when encountered bulge volumes during holiday discounts.Increasing the enterprise vehicle resources,not only big investment,but also reduces the utilization of the resource,makes that express delivery companies will face the situation of higher costs and reducing the effectiveness and decline the competitiveness at entire express industry.How to use the existing vehicle resources of express delivery enterprises to solve the situation of express surge is an important research problem.The paper studies the joint distribution vehicle-scheduling problem in express delivery enterprises in e-commerce environment according to the two cases of whether the waiting time of vehicle sections is determined or not.Specifically,it divides into the following four questions: single distribution center express enterprises joint distribution vehicle scheduling problem and multi-distribution center express enterprises joint distribution vehicle scheduling problem under the situation of certain road waiting time;single distribution center express enterprises joint distribution vehicle robust scheduling problem and multi-distribution center express enterprises joint distribution vehicle robust scheduling problem under the situation of uncertain road waiting time.Considering two objective functions of total transportation cost and total run time of express enterprises,single distribution center express enterprises joint distribution vehicle scheduling multi-objective optimization model and multi-distribution center express enterprises joint distribution vehicle scheduling multi-objective optimization model under certain road waiting time are established.Moreover,the multi-objective robust optimization models of single distribution center express enterprises joint distribution vehicle robust scheduling problem and multi-distribution center express enterprises joint distribution vehicle robust scheduling problem under the uncertain road waiting time are built.Combined with the respective characteristics of the problem,the NSGA-? algorithm is used as the main framework to design the multi-objective genetic algorithm for solving these four sub-problems.The paper studies the application of each sub-problem and the results show that the multi-objective genetic algorithm designed in this paper can effectively solve the proposed problem and find a series of fast common distribution vehicle scheduling scheme for enterprise.Moreover,the study also compared the difference whether adopting a joint distribution pattern obtained vehicle scheduling scheme or not.And the results obtained by using the robust optimization theory are more stable than the traditional optimization methods.Express delivery business decision-makers have a certain reference value in the choice of vehicle scheduling solution to this problem.
