Under the new normal,the situation of human resources supply and demand in the surveying and mapping industry presents the characters that high degree of integration,the overall quality of employees need to be improved,the proportion of technical personnel is relatively high.It is imminent for the enterprises to use the theory of human resources to establish a set of standardized and scientific training programs.The talent is the key to help the enterprises to develop.For this goal,they need to know their training situation and make full use of existing training system.In this paper,the technical personnel of company T is the study case.Through the research on the design of the training program of the technical personnel of the company,the author uses the theory of the human resource to analyze and design the program,so that the companies can improve the staff knowledge and skill level,and also can enhance the satisfaction of the technical personnel.At the same time,it is of great significance for the same type of surveying and mapping companies to strengthen the training system and enhance the quality and competitiveness of the employees.This paper has studied the background of the item and described the significant and the theory of the work.And the paper also expounds the methods and outlines of the article.The paper has researched the training system of the company T,pointed out the problems in the training system of the company by analyzing the structure of the age,education and title of the whole technical personnel in this company.It also concludes the demands of the training by analysis the data collected by the questionnaire using the theory proposed by Noe.According to the analysis and conclusion,the paper designs the training plan of T surveying and mapping company.The objectives,objects,contents,instructors,methods,time and frequency and places are established in the training plan.The details and requirements in the training plan are designed based on the contents and ages.In order to exam the result and assess the effects,the Kirk Patrick's theory has been used.The appraisal report has provided a valuable reference to adjust the training plan.At last,the paper has designed the training program of the company T and the ways to guarantee the program coming true.
