Whereas the particularities of the surveying and mapping work, it is necessary and significant to work out a set of feasible and effective performance appraisal system to measure the work result of the employees. It can not only deepen the study to the theory of the performance appraisal, but can confirm the performance salary, maneuver the work enthusiasm and advance the enterprise efficiency.This paper proceeds with the basic theory of the performance appraisal, on the base of the MBO, surrounds the company strategy target and decompose layer upon layer. On the base of the idiographic work analysis, the weights of work performance index are confirmed. The remarks of the appraisal index are disposed in quantity by the expert judgment, AHP and fuzzy mathematics methods, simultaneously the performance appraisal mode and method of the company are established. In the end, these methods are applied in the given company and appraised the work performance of the employees.
