Research On Investment And Financing Mode Of Urban Rail Transit Based On PPP

In recent years,with the rapid growth of urban population,population density gradually increased,traffic congestion seriously affected urban traffic and economic development.As a new generation of transportation,rail transportation is an effective way to solve the traffic problem.However,due to the large amount of investment and the long payback period,it is the phenomenon of shortage of funds and loss of operation in the construction area.So most of the rail transit construction rely on the government's huge financial subsidies to maintain the normal construction and future operating capital.How to create and implement a reasonable mode of urban rail transit investment and financing to alleviate the shortage of construction funds and operational losses,has become an important issue.Firstly,based on the characteristics of rail transit economic characteristics,this paper summarizes the different problems in the mode of investment and financing of rail transit on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of investment and financing mode of rail transit construction and the combination of domestic typical urban financing mode.Secondly,through the understanding of Zhengzhou rail transit and the current status of financing model,and put forward the Zhengzhou City rail transit investment and financing model of the root causes of problems.This paper analyzes the rationality and feasibility of the introduction of private capital and the mode of PPP investment and financing in Zhengzhou rail transit construction.Finally,through the analysis of the mode of investment and financing of Zhengzhou Rail transit,this paper discusses the sources,measures and suggestions of raising funds in the mode,and has some reference significance for the sustainable development of rail transit in Zhengzhou.
