On the basis of synergetics theory,this paper studies the synergy development of the logistics industry and the national economy.Mainly from the following aspects: selection of order parameters,level of synergy development measurement,synergy development evaluation and synergy development decisions.The order parameter selection algorithm is designed,the differential synergy level measure(DSLM)model and the synergy development decision(SDD)model is constructed.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1.A order parameter selection algorithm based on correlation-principal component analysis is designed.On the basis of principal component analysis,by introducing correlation analysis,a new order parameter selection algorithm is constructed: correlation principal component analysis.The algorithm firstly uses correlation analysis to eliminate redundant indexes,and then uses principal component analysis to select the indexes that contribute higher to the system,it ensures the low redundancy of order parameter and reflect the operation of the system to the maximum extent.2.The DSLM model which highlight the dynamic process of system synergy development is established.Based on the synergy level measurement model,introducing the sub system order degree of first order differential consequent change rate.Considering the influence of synergy development which due to the change of order,speed and direction of sub system.The model overcomes the limitation of the synergy degree of the original model and quantify the degree of synergy in the current order level,more emphasis on the dynamic process of synergy development of the system.3.The SDD model of logistics industry and national economy which could determine the future value is constructed,so as to give more specific policy recommendations.The model provides decision for the development of the logistics industry and the national economy from the perspective of synergy development which solved the problem of indefinite decision-making in synergy development.The model regards the next stage of the coordinated development of the logistics industry and the national economy as the target value,the specific development requirements of system order parameters are considered as dynamic constraints.A nonlinear programming model for synergy development is obtained.The optimal values of each order parameter obtained by the model are combined with the coordinated development period predicted by the synergetic evolution stage model to jointly determine the future decision values.The paper takes Gansu Province as the object of study,according to the historical data of Gansu logistics industry and the national economy for 2006-2015 years,synergy development research is conducted,some conclusions are drawn:(1)The correlation-principal component analysis algorithm selects the order parameters of the logistics industry and national economy with the development characteristics of Gansu Province,and verifies the objective accuracy of the algorithm in selecting ordinal parameters;(2)Based on the DSLM model,the level of synergy development in Gansu Province in recent ten years was measured,by comparing with the actual situation of synergy development in Gansu Province,it is proved that the DSLM model can reflect the real synergy development of the system better than the original model;(3)SDD model is used to make decision research on the synergy development of logistics industry and national economy in Gansu Province,put forward the policy suggestion of targeted logistics industry and national economy in Gansu.
