With China's accession to the WTO,the rapid economic development,has made remarkable achievements in the world,the gross national product ranked second in the world,but the high pace of economic development did not bring high national happiness.For enterprises,only employees feel satisfied,and then make the customer feel satisfied,the enterprise may be healthy and long-term development.Harvard University employee satisfaction survey shows that: when the employee's satisfaction increased by 3%,customer satisfaction increased by 5%,corporate profits can be a corresponding increase of 25% to 85%,we can see that the level of employee satisfaction has been Become the key factor affecting the profit of the enterprise.Based on the previous studies,combined with the characteristics of enterprises and population distribution in Nantong City,this paper constructs a questionnaire with high reliability and passed the validity test,which is based on the methods of literature search,questionnaire survey,face-to-face interview and statistical analysis.Hierarchical sampling and random sampling were used to complete the collection and recovery of 410 questionnaires in the form of home visits.First of all,according to the individual characteristics of the staff descriptive statistics;Secondly,combined with SPSS statistical software using T test and analysis of variance to explore the impact of employee satisfaction factors;and then use the multi-classification orderly response variables logistic model cumulative logit model to employees The difference between the different population attributes and the social attributes of the employee's satisfaction.Finally,the structural equation model is used to calculate the difference between the different population attributes and the social attributes of the employees.Employee 's overall satisfaction index.Based on the above analysis,this paper draws the conclusion of this paper and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve employee satisfaction from various perspectives.It hopes to provide some inspiration and new ideas for the improvement of employee satisfaction.
