Research On The Impact Of Producer Servicers On The Economic Development Of Henan Province

With the development of science and technology and the deepening of social division of labor,the global economy is moving from the era of industrial economy to the era of service economy.The service industry is playing an important role in promoting the economy,especially in the service sector,which is part of the service sector.Producer service industry is not only to improve the economic power of OECD and other countries,but also the main players to gain competitive advantage.For the current development of the service industry is not yet mature countries,the prosperity and development of producer services can not only enhance the national economy,but also can make a country obtain more favorable competitive advantages in the open market.Because of the knowledge capital,human capital is the main material composed of producer services.So the essence of the development of productive service industry is investing in knowledge and talent.It creates wealth which can not be estimated,and it also plays a great role in economic development.In the face of the shortage of resources and the rising cost of production,the development of the industry rely on the expense of the environment has been unable to meet the requirements of the current development.The industries urgent need to change the model of economic development.Study on the relationship between producer service industry and economy of Henan province,to our province change the industrial economy from service economy and promote the economic development of our province sustained,healthy and stable,give theoretical support.Under the background of scarcity of resources and rising production costs,the economy developed at the expense of environment has been unable to meet the requirements of the current development,and there is an urgent need to change the mode of economic development.Between the research of producer services and economic development in our province,our province to change from industrial economy to service economy and promote the economic development of our province sustained,healthy and stable,give theoretical support.On the basis of sorting out the existing literatures,this paper studies the impact of producer services on the economic development of our province by using the relevant economic data of the statistical yearbook of Henan Province over the years.The content of this paper is mainly divided into two aspects: one is from the perspective of economic growth,promote employment,analysis of the productive service industry on economic development mechanism and form three aspects from the theory of the development of other industries.One is the use of empirical analysis on the influence of producer services on economic development of Henan Province;mainly through the study of productive service industry spillover effect on economic growth,employment and other industries to reflect the three aspects of the productive service industry has an impact on economic development.Through the study of this paper obtained the following conclusions: first,the productive service industry to significantly promote interaction between output and labor productivity in Henan Province,of which the real estate industry impact on the economic growth of Henan province's largest,the impact on output is about 0.57,the impact on productivity is about 0.56.Second,through the calculation of the direct employment effect and the comprehensive employment effect and the employment space,we can conclude that the productive service industry has stronger absorptive capacity for employment in our province,and the employment space is also large.Among them,the financial industry has the largest employment space of 43.12%.Third,the producer services in our province have spillover effects on other industries,but this effect is weak due to the insufficient development of producer services,only 0.4.The main innovations of this paper are as follows: firstly,expanding the scope of research.The current study is limited to the study of the relationship between producer services and a single economic entity,this paper focuses on the impact of producer services on economic quality,from employment to economic growth,and on the other side of the industry spillover effect and reflect the impact on economic development.Second,most of the existing studies are economic developed areas;this paper studies the situation in Henan province.Third,using the input-output table of Henan province in 2012,we find that the employment space of the financial industry in Henan province is the biggest when we study the impact of producer services on employment in Hebei province.Through the study of this article,we can see that producer services have a greater impact on the economic development of Henan Province,and the development of producer services is a new way to solve the labor surplus in our province.Because of my limited professional knowledge and research level,there are still many deficiencies in the study.There are few data and the factors that affect the development of producer services are not discussed.These questions should be further studied later.
