The Study Of The Impact Of The Relationship Between Industrial Transfer And The Regional Technology Innovation Diffusion Based On Complex Networks

Technology innovation is a fundamental driving force for the development of regional and even national economic. The sustainable development of regional economy mainly relies on the technology innovation constantly exploring new economic growth point, but the technological innovation of its own contribution to the social economic system is very limited.The potential economic benefits of the technology innovation will be stimulated only when it is incorporated into the general, large-scale production process. The industrial transfer as an important way to promote regional diffusion of technological innovation and it has an important influence to enhance the level of the technology innovation for the less-developed areas. So the study of the impact of the relationship between industrial transfer and the regional technology innovation diffusion is gradually attracting the attention of scholars.The diffusion network of the regional technology has a larger scale of nodes and more complex relationship between the nodes. The traditional methods can no longer meet the demand of realistic need, and the complex network theory as an important tool to study complex systems provides a new perspective for the diffusion of technological innovation. From the perspective of complex networks to study the issues related to the diffusion of technological innovation to explore the internal mechanism of the diffusion of technological innovation can grasp of the development of the law of diffusion of technological innovation more scientific and comprehensive. It is of great significance both for the development of technological innovation diffusion and the decision-making of the government and enterprises.Firstly, the article has carried on the induction summary to the basic theory from three aspects, the complex network, technology innovation diffusion and industry transfer.Secondly,It analyzed and explained systematically the formation mechanism, the heterogeneity characteristics of the network nodes and the constitution of the has carried on the analysis and elaboration for the diffusion complex network of the regional technological innovation.Again, combining the relevant theories of complex network and adopt threshold model with the technical types as regulating variable, the article further built the industry transfer based on the threshold of regional technology innovation diffusion model, and carried out simulation analysis with the aid of Netlogo simulation platform; Finally it gave the countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: government, regional and enterprises. Simulation results show that the scale of industrial transfer, the degree of innovation and the integration capability of the information have a generally positive correlation to the technology innovation diffusion-rate. But in aspect of the technological innovation diffusion depth, the relationship between the two which is affected by the the mechanism presented stage characteristics.And under the condition of different types of technology, the above-mentioned three factors'influences to the technology innovation diffusion depth also have different characteristics. The final results further put forward relevant suggestions for the industrial transfer and regional economic managers in the theory.
