Research On Regional Innovation Network In Underdeveloped Regions Based On Inter-regional Industrial Transfer

In recent years,the fourth wave of international industrial transfer is brewing,the eastern region of China in order to comply with the requirements of the development of the times to achieve industrial upgrading,also began to transfer the industry which lost the advantages to the less developed central and western areas on a large scale.All of this provide an important opportunity to enhance their ability to innovate,to achieve leapfrog development.However,for the less developed regions,it can not realize the economic development of the underdeveloped regions by simply carrying on the inter-regional industrial transfer.On the basis of the regional innovation networks rooted in the underdeveloped areas,relying on the inter-regional industrial transfer to access the advanced production factors,technology and knowledge,internalization,thereby to enhance their to innovation ability.Which means that the underdeveloped areas should undertake the inter-regional industrial transfer in the process of construction and industry to undertake the convergence of regional innovation network,so as to improve their level of regional innovation.The existing research shows that the cluster effect and technology spillover effect caused by the inter-regional industrial transfer have a positive effect on the cultivation and development of the innovation network in the underdeveloped areas.But how the inter-regional industrial transfer to root in the regional innovation network of the underdeveloped regions,and how the regional innovation network of the less developed regions will operate and eventually evolve into the characteristics of the network,which have not been fully explained,theoretical research can not meet the need of the analysis of practical problems.Therefore,no matter for the development of regional innovation network theory or the decision-making of government,transfer enterprises and enterprises in underdeveloped areas,it is of great significance to study the development of regional innovation networks in underdeveloped areas from the perspective of inter-regional industrial transfer.In this paper,the two main research lines of "the main stage of inter-regional industrial transfer" and "the emergence of the overall characteristics of the regional innovation network in underdeveloped areas" are the in-depth research on the regional innovation network of underdeveloped regions based on inter-regional industrial transfer,and to explore the feasible direction and concrete measures to promote the development of underdeveloped regions in regional innovation network,the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper analyzes the theoretical basis of the dissertation,clarifies the influence of the components,basic features and structural characteristics of the regional innovation network on the innovation and the characteristics of the system,and summarizes the topological structure measurement and topology of the complex network theory,and the concept,basic characteristic and transfer mode of interregional industrial transfer in the basic theory of interregional industrial transfer are elaborated.On this basis,the paper analyzes the theoretical analysis of the effect of inter-regional industrial transfer on the regional innovation network in underdeveloped areas,including the effect and the path of action,and constructs the research framework of the regional innovation network in underdeveloped areas.Based on inter-based on the analysis of the two phases of "the phase of the inter-regional industrial transfer" and "the stage of emergence of the overall characteristics of the regional innovation network in underdeveloped regions",this paper defines the four important research issues.: " Research on the Regional Innovation network embedding in the Underdeveloped Regions under the industrial transfer,Study on the transfer enterprise connecting with the enterprise of the Regional Innovation networks in the underdeveloped areas,Study on the Operation of the Regional Innovation networks in underdeveloped Regions based on inter-regional Industrial Transfers,evolution research of the regional innovation network in underdeveloped Regions based on industrial transfer".Secondly,it studies the inter-regional industry transfer behavior from two aspects: "the research of the transfer enterprise embedding the regional innovation network in the underdeveloped area" and "the research of the transfer enterprise connecting with the enterprise of the regional innovation network in the underdeveloped area".In the part of "Research on the embedded region of regional innovation networks in the underdeveloped area based on inter-regional industrial transfers",this paper studies the embedding relationship and embedding dynamics of the regional innovation networks in underdeveloped regions based on inter-regional industrial transfer,and uses the grounded theory in the part of the research on the network of the enterprise of regional innovation network in the underdeveloped area connecting with the transfer enterprise,and then studied the influence factors,the elements and the strategy of enterprise of regional innovation network connecting with the transfer enterprise in the underdeveloped area.And the paper constructed the simulation model of the strategy of transfer enterprise enterprise connecting with enterprise of regional innovation network in the underdeveloped area by the method of Multi-agent simulation,then analyzed the influence of the strategy of the transfer enterprise connecting with enterprise of regional innovation network in the underdeveloped area.All of this will provide direction for the further study of the emerging part of regional innovation network in the underdeveloped area.Thirdly,the paper studies the overall characteristics of the emergence by “the research of the operation of the regional innovation network in the underdeveloped area based on the inter-regional industry transfer” and the research of the evolution of regional innovation network in the underdeveloped area based on inter-regional industry transfer.In this part,the paper studies the running power,operation mechanism and operation effect of the regional innovation network in the underdeveloped area based on the inter-regional industrial transfer,and uses the multi-intelligence theory to study the operation of regional innovation network in the underdeveloped area based on inter-regional industrial transfer.The simulation results of regional innovation networks in underdeveloped areas are constructed and the simulation results of operational effects are analyzed.In the part of the research on the evolution of regional innovation networks in underdeveloped regions based on inter-regional industrial transfer,studied the basis analysis of evolution,and used the multi-agent simulation method to construct the simulation model of the regional innovation network evolution in the underdeveloped regions based on the inter-regional industrial transfer,And the paper analyzed the topology and the evolution rule of the regional innovation network under the differences of different technologies and different industry transfer scale.Finally,on the basis of the study of the inter-regional industrial transfer behavior and the emerging characteristics of the regional innovation network in the underdeveloped areas,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the development of the regional innovation network in underdeveloped areas.With a view to provide a theoretical reference and reference for the development of regional innovation network by using the inter-regional industry transfer,and realized the correct understanding and the scientific response of inter-regional industrial transfer to the underdeveloped areas.
