Nowadays, due to both the acceleration of a closer economic integration and the continuous emphasis of public on low-carbon economy style, enterprises should guarantee the production and operation during their manufacturing & managing activities, social responsibility has become a new resource. countries now pay a great emphasis on the CSR and hope to better rearrange the responsibility.Research on CSR are mostly in the social perspective. This paper have choosed the perspective of shareholders, and, have entered a higher level to demand corporations to fulfill their social responsibility,which has greatly contribute to the harmonious relationship between people and nature.This paper discusses the evaluation system of CSR of equipment manufacturing enterprises in a low-carbon economic background. The first chapter discusses CSR research progress both domestic and abroad by giving both the method and the infrastructure. The second chapter begins with a systematically analyze of the present situation and major problems of the CSR of equipment manufacturing enterprises. Further more, through detecting the major factors which infect the performance of the CSR of equipment manufacturing enterprises in a low-carbon economic background,this paper propose a much more scientific and realistic theoretical system of the CSR of equipment manufacturing enterprises that better adapts to the present stage of our nation.The forth chapter uses the self-made questionnaire evaluation system with a mathematics statistics analyze of some applications such as SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 and an empirical analysis of ten equipment manufacturing enterprises being discussed in this paper through the method of entropy approach and TOPSIS to declare the reasonable final strategy...
