The Research On The Development Of China's Textile Industry

China has a vast territory,a large population,thus the textile industry has a broad market and a solid foundation for development.It has strong competitive advantage and is the one of the main textile producer,exporter and consumer in the world.However,China's textile industry independent innovation ability is weak,and it is in the low-end position of the international division and located in the lower part of the "smile curve" in a long time.The rise of the information industry provides an important opportunity for the development of textile industry.The coupling development of textile industry and information industry has brought aspects of changes in the textile industry,such as R & D design,manufacturing,and management.It provides an effective way for the textile industry to upgrade and enhance the world competitiveness.In the information age,the coupling development of textile industry and information industry is the main development model of China's textile industry.The coupling development can upgrade China's textile industry and enhance its the world competitiveness.It can not only improve the productivity of the enterprise and the quality of the textile products,but also reduce the production cost of the enterprises,thus transforming the development pattern of the textile industry from extended extension to relying on the extension.It can also effectively enhance the autonomy of the textile enterprises innovation.Then textile enterprises can quickly use the most advanced textile technology for products researches to speed up the upgrading of enterprise technology and product speed.So through the differentiation of high-end low-end products and fast product cycling,textile enterprises can be access to the core competitiveness of enterprises.In addition,information technology can effectively improve the comprehensive utilization of textile industry factors,reduce production energy consumption,increase business efficiency,change the extensive economic growth model,and achieve the high level development of the textile industry.Therefore,the in-depth study of the textile industry and the information industry coupling development has very important practical value.Domestic and foreign scholars' study on the industry integration and industry coupling is a lot.Domestic and foreign scholars analyzed the industry integration motivation,research methods and the impacts of industrial development mainly from different research perspectives so as to provide a strong idea for future industrial integration study.At the same time,the theory of coupling in physics is also applied to the study of industrial integration.The researches mainly involved industrial coupling connotation mechanism and industrial coupling research methods through combining theory with practice.These existing research results lay a good foundation for our in-depth research.In recent years,scholars have paid more and more attention to the textile industry.The research perspectives are mainly industrial clusters,industrial transformation and upgrading,global value chain,industrial information and industry coupling.But the research on the coupling development of information industry and textile industry is still relatively deficient,and the quantitative analysis is rare.On the basis of predecessors' research,the thesis makes a theoretical analysis and empirical study on the influence of coupling development on textileindustry.Compared with the existing researches,this thesis is mainly based on the theory of industrial coupling,the information industry and the textile industry being as a specific research object.This thesis analyzes China's textile industry,information industry development status and coupling development status and characteristics.Then it constructs China's textile industry and information industry coupling evaluation index system,the coupling evaluation model.Based on the data of textile industry and information industry in China from 2000 to 2014,this thesis analyzes the coupling status of textile industry and information industry and measures the coupling degree.It shows that the coupling coordination degree of China's textile industry and information industry rises with fluctuations and is in the intermediate coordination stage.Then this thesis analyzes the interaction and influence of the coupling degree on the performance of textile industry and the international competitiveness.It finds that China's textile industry and information industry coupling development can accelerate the textile industry technology research and development,increase the number of patent applications,expand the scale of textile products exports and improve the quality of textile products.However,it has not been able to promote the labor productivity and increase of the gross output value of the textile industry.The textile industry and information industry coupling development needs to be further developed.Finally,this thesis briefly analyzes the problems existing in the coupling development of China's textile industry and information industry and puts forward policy advice in several ways: breaking the barriers to the industry,promoting the coupling development between textile industry and electronic information industry;relying on the coupling effect,promoting the hierarchical and high-level development of the textile industry;increasing R & D investment,strengthening technical innovation.This thesis hopes to provide useful reference for the coupling development between textile industry and information industry,upgrading textile industry and promoting textile industry world competitiveness.
