A Research Study On Development Strategies Of New Type Urbanization In Guangxi Driven By Innovation

The economic development in China and even in the Asia-Pacific region which simply rely on fiscal stimulus to development policies and growth of unconventional monetary policies are unsustainable.After the National Strategy of Innovation-Driven Development are raised.In order to promote the development of Innovation-Driven,The provinces and cities in the autonomous regions has did a series of measures to provide the most lasting power for the economic development.In Guangxi,the development of urbanization no longer depended on these elements.Such as demographic dividend,land dividend,resource consumption and so on.Or accumulation these elements in a simple way as the development power of economic.Because it’s an extensive development model.The new type of urbanization development is a kind of people’s urbanization.In Guangxi,the development power of the new type of urbanization development is innovation-driven.It can be optimizing the industrial structure,improving the development environment and implementing the development policies and providing the power in order to promoting the new type of urbanization development could be keep growing.This article proposes that the new type of urbanization development should be upgrade from four fields in science and technology,mechanism,culture,and human capital.To promote new type of urbanization development has become an important power in domestic and international economical development.But during the new type of urbanization development in Guangxi,there are still many problems existing in Innovation-Driven.Such problems as incomplete system of institutional,low technological content in the urban industry,the new type of urbanization’s cultural awareness is weak,the educational resources and professionals are few in urbanization.These problems will going to be prevent the development of the new type of urbanization.At last,Combination of economic and cultural in Guangxi,It is pointed out some policy suggestions that the urban-rural dual structure should be break down;actively guide farmers settle down in urbanization;and improve the system rural land property;promote the management rights transfer of rural farmland and implement the security system;Strength infrastructure construction,build a town with culture implication and make sure the government play a major pole in cultural construction;structure a cultural services supply system under the market economy;strive to develop cultural characteristics of the region;increase the investment improve the creation environment of science and technology;enhance science and technology integrate in infrastructure construction;and strength the model of investment and financing;positively introduce technological talents;and improve the supporting facility of talent so on.
