Study On Institutional Innovation Of New Urbanization Development In Guangxi

At this stage,the new urbanization strategy has become a government policy actively promoted by various regions in China.The new urbanization strategy distinguishes traditional urbanization.People-oriented is the core of new urbanization.New urbanization is the urbanization of people.The development of new urbanization in different provinces and regions in China has significant differences.The influence of various factors in different regions on the new type of urbanization in different regions is quite different,and various factors affect the in-depth development of new urbanization.In recent years,Guangxi's new urbanization has developed rapidly,but it is also facing some real difficulties that have affected the progress of the new urbanization process.The new type of urbanization is the urbanization affected by the government.The government plays an important role in promoting the new type of urbanization.Therefore,an in-depth analysis of the degree and nature of the influence of government-level institutional factors on the development level of new urbanization in Guangxi is an issue that needs to be solved in order to promote the development of new urbanization in Guangxi.This paper deeply analyzes the extent and nature of the influence of government-level institutional factors on the development level of new urbanization in Guangxi.First,based on domestic and foreign literature research,it discovers and identifies important institutional factors that influence the development of new urbanization in Guangxi at the government level.It mainly includes the household registration system,rural land system,employment system and social security system.By introducing the development process of the important institutional factors that influence the development of new urbanization in Guangxi,the institutional obstacles to the development of new urbanization in Guangxi are analyzed in depth.The research content of this paper is mainly composed of 5 parts.The first part is the introduction.It mainly analyzes the topic selection background,research significance,domestic and foreign related research,clarifies the research content,research approaches and methods,and analyzes the research innovation points.The second part is the definition of the basic concept and the theoretical basis for the study.It defines the basic concepts of the study(urbanization,new urbanization,Agricultural transfer population citizenization,etc.),and carries out an in-depth analysis of the basic overview of institutional innovation theory.The third part is the analysis of the process and status quo of the development of new urbanization in Guangxi,an in-depth analysis of the development process of new urbanization in Guangxi,and then revealing the problems in the development of new urbanization in Guangxi.The fourth part is the analysis of the course and obstacles of the system in the development of new urbanization in Guangxi.The development of the household registration system,the rural land system,the employment system and the social security system is deeply analyzed.From the household registration system,the rural land system,the employment system and the social security system,the institutional factors are deeply analyzed for the new Guangxi.The fifth part is the system innovation countermeasures and suggestions for the development of new urbanization in Guangxi.On the basis of an in-depth analysis of the impact of institutional factors on the development of new urbanization in Guangxi,we use institutional innovation theory to propose measures and suggestions for promoting the development of new urbanization in Guangxi from the household registration system,rural land system,employment system,and social security system.The research methods used in this study mainly include the combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,literature analysis and system analysis.On this basis,it reveals the degree and essence of the important institutional factors at the government level to the development level of new urbanization in Guangxi,and proposes policy proposals for promoting the development of new urbanization in Guangxi.The promotion of the new urbanization process in Guangxi has important theoretical and practical guidance.
