Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Stability Assessment Study

Business ecosystem which is a symbiotic relationship.Entrepreneurial activity related institutions in the system collaborative development and promote entrepreneurship.But at present,There are many problems in the entrepreneurial ecosystem operation: lack of entrepreneurial activity support and business enterprise value creation ability.There is short in the system support,so the system is facing the risk of imbalance.In the "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation" era background,the business enterprise how to use the system resources and the environment to improve the stability of the entrepreneurial ecosystem,becomes important subject.But the existing literature related research is less about entrepreneurship ecosystem stability.Based on this,this paper puts forward the topic about the stability assessment of entrepreneurial ecosystem.Build the indicator system and propound from the angle of entrepreneurial ecosystem stability.First of all,this paper illustrates the structure and operation mechanism of business ecosystem,defines the connotation and characteristics and determine the influence factors of the entrepreneurial ecosystem stability: structure,function and environmental factors.Secondly,based on the literature research and expert consultation,constructs evaluation index system of entrepreneurial ecosystem stability: structural,functional,environmental indicators three level indicators and start-ups population structure,population structure,system support support institutions,the value of system contribution,policy environment,economic environment and social environment 7 secondary indicator;Among them,the system support largest integrated stability indexes,function stability are dominant factors affecting the stability of systems integration.Again,this article uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method evaluation model to research the new technology enterprise business ecosystem stability of the 16 cities such as Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai;study founds that most of the city function stability had the lowest levels,structural stability,and environmental stability level the highest;The cities system integrated stability is in a lower position,the overall difference is small,and structural stability is the main reason for the differences in the stability of urban comprehensive.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the entrepreneurial ecosystem,this article suggested that improve the resource integration and value creation ability,perfect the entrepreneurship education system can improve the stability of the entrepreneurship ecosystem.
