Evaluation Of The Cohesiveness Of Platform-based Business Ecosystem

Cohesion is of great significance to the development of member companies and the improvement of system efficiency in the platform-based business ecosystem.The research on the cohesion level of the platform-based business ecosystem can help to clearly grasp the level of collaboration among the members of the platform-based business ecosystem,and can also provide the basis for decision-making for leading enterprises to formulate system development strategies.This dissertation analyzes the connotation of the cohesiveness of the platform-based business ecosystem based on consulting the relevant literature on team and organizational cohesion.The dissertation summarizes 18 initial evaluation indicators for the cohesion of the platform-based business ecosystem from three perspectives of member enterprise level,system level and environment level,and four dimensions including the cohesion of leading enterprises,the solidarity of participating,the attraction of the business ecosystem to participating enterprises and external competition and threats.Based on data collected from questionnaires sent to experts,this dissertation uses fuzzy scoring method to select the initial indicator system,and finally builds an evaluation index system for platformbased business ecosystem cohesion,including 4 first-level indicators and 16 second-level indicators.The combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process and Improved Grey Correlation Analysis is used to calculate the index weights.The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is used to calculate the evaluation results,establishing a platform-based business ecosystem cohesion evaluation model.Taking Suning's business ecosystem for example,calculating the cohesion of Suning's business ecosystem,the scientific rationality of the evaluation index system and the practicability of the evaluation method were verified.
