| With the speeding up of economic globalization,the rapid technology development,has been transformed into modern society dominated by knowledge age,knowledge and its innovation become enterprise to cope with the severe industrial environment and the strategic means of competition in the market,obtain and maintain competitive advantage through knowledge innovation is a new attempt in the development of enterprises and the new stage,must pay attention to and take effective measures to improve the ability of organization knowledge innovation and efficiency,provide strong driving force for its long development.This article systematically combed the relevant knowledge innovation and competitive advantage theory,the definition of knowledge innovation and competitive advantage,this paper discusses the main contents,characteristics and realization of knowledge innovation path,and analyzes the evolution path and the life cycle of competitive advantage.By using questionnaire to collect data,using Excel data preliminary classification and sorting,then import the SPSS 20.0 software description statistics,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis statistics processing,such as in knowledge innovation significantly influence on competitive advantage.Enterprise through knowledge innovation can improve its innovation ability,enhance the adaptability of the external environment,reduce the cost of operation and management so as to cultivate enterprise core ability,promote the value of the organization,the formation of competitive advantage.Finally,as in today’s economy and the market competition of the development of the enterprise puts forward some views on how to obtain and maintain competitive advantage and the corresponding measures. |
