In the era of knowledge economy, competition is an important factor to promote the development of enterprises, knowledge and high quality staff is becoming an important resource of enterprise core competitiveness, and employee innovation is the source of enterprise development. Therefore, it is necessary to study the innovation performance mechanism of knowledge workers, which is in line with the requirements of current enterprise development and the needs of future enterprise organization research. Based on the theory of active personality and social cognitive theory, this paper constructs a theoretical model with adjustment effect, and deeply explores the influence mechanism of competitive advantage perception on employee innovation performance.This article first through the domestic and foreign research and analysis of the present situation and found that employee innovation performance from the staff work autonomy and competence to judge, therefore, this will be competitive advantage perception and knowledge sharing into the staff innovation performance Influencing factors. In this study, 281 valid questionnaires of 37 knowledge-based enterprises were collected by questionnaire, and the following conclusions were drawn from the empirical analysis: the positive impact of competitive advantage perception and knowledge sharing intention on employee innovation performance was verified, and the knowledge sharing intention In the relationship between competitive advantage perception and employee innovation performance, the competitive environment plays a regulatory role in the relationship between knowledge sharing intention and knowledge sharing intention to employees' innovation performance. The conclusion of this study has some theoretical significance to the research of employee innovation performance.
