The 18th National Congress of the CPC put ecological construction in a prominent position for the first time,2017 central No.1 Document proposed to strengthen the major ecological construction,"The State Council on strengthening the views of urban infrastructure" proposed to increase the community park,street garden,green road green gallery and corridor planning.The main carrier of afforestation is nursery stock whether ecological construction or city construction.And the nursery stock industry is not only the material basis of afforestation,but also the construction of ecological civilization and the construction of the city leading industry.Ningxia is a part of the western ecological barrier,"four beautiful" new Ningxia brought unlimited market prospects for the nursery industry.Nursery stock industry is still a sunrise industry,it brings us not only economic benefits,but also has a significant impact on the ecological and social development.This paper takes Jingyuan nursery stock industry as an example,firstly,on the basis of theoretical research,related concepts are defined scientifically,read and classified relevant literature,summarized study trends at home and abroad,provide theoretical guidance for this article.Secondly,through the field investigation of Jingyuan nursery stock industry to collect and collate relevant data,from the external business environment,the present situation and development stage to analyze it,we find that there are some problems in quality,market,industry and government level.Finally,put forward to the thought of development on the basis of the theory of sustainable development,science and technology innovation and mechanism innovation to increase the income of the farmers and improve quality.And through the guidance of government,according to local conditions,the principle of coordinated development and sustainable development,the countermeasures proposed to make the seedling quality upgrading,promote the sustainable development of the nursery stock industry,improve the market circulation system and strengthen the government's guidance and advice,make Jingyuan nursery stock industry healthy and sustainable development.
