| In 1994,the agricultural integrated development of industrial management projects began to implement,there are many of research on this subject,the Chinese government for its development.Different ways of supporting different vary greatly,but the current study did not distinguish between the use of this method of research,research conclusions persuasion is not high.The main research object of this paper is the way of supporting financial funds.Through the comprehensive development of agricultural industrialization management project research,research focus is comparative study.A comparative study of financial subsidies and loan discounts.Through theoretical research and empirical research,we find that there are problems in the development process and put forward relevant policy suggestions.The paper mainly uses the comparative research method,using the OLS model and the VAR model.The main research contents are two parts,namely,theoretical research and empirical research.First,the theoretical research part: summed up the development process of different ways to support the two ways to support the study,the main content is: capital investment scale,project construction scale,support the key,development characteristics.Second,the empirical research part: According to their respective characteristics,the comparative study,the main content is the total investment scale and financial capital investment scale;compare the situation in different regions;analysis of different periods of financial funds to drive the effect;analysis of different periods,,The relationship between bank loans and self-financing.Through the research of the paper,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the policy cycle of these two approaches is short,and this situation has a bad effect on the final effect.Second,the total capital investment is inadequate,the proportion also declined;the number of projects increased rapidly,the size of the project decreased.Third,in different regions,the effect of funds driven by the difference is huge.Fourth,according to the model analysis,loan interest subsidies to support the way has a good effect,you can improve the ability to drive funds.After taking this method of loan interest discount,both in the long run and the short term,the impact of financial funds has improved significantly,and its ability to explain has also greatly improved.Loan subsidy support mode has a very positive role,the article suggested that this kind of support as a major way,the financial subsidy as a means of assistance.To improve the existing problems,according to the size of the project,the type of project to determine which kind of support to use,which can improve the efficiency of the use of financial funds to promote the development of agriculture and increase farmers' income. |
