Research On Financial Support Of Agricultural Industrialization Development In Jilin

The development of agricultural industrialization is an important part of China's rural economic development,and the industrial structure of agriculture,the adjustment of China's rural labor transfer,increase farmer income,solve these problems,effective way to speed up the process of integration of urban and rural in china.As a major agricultural province of Jilin Province,is one of the important agricultural production base in China,agricultural industrialization has made certain progress,but the development level is still low,the relatively slow pace of development,the main reason is that in most parts of the province has not yet formed a relatively complete system of rural financial support,various financial institutions are not established the corresponding mechanism to meet the development of the agricultural industrialization financial needs,seriously hindered the development of agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province,the urgent need of our agricultural industrialization of Jilin Province financial support for deep research.The main contents of this paper: This paper is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter mainly introduces the agricultural industrialization of Jilin Province financial support system research foundation,the research status at home and abroad,and established the research contents,research methods and technical route.The second chapter is mainly on the financial support system for agricultural industrialization and other related concepts and the reference to three theories and other basic theory introduction.The third chapter mainly studies the experience of financial support for agricultural industrialization in foreign countries,and draws a solid foundation for the following suggestions.In the fourth chapter,according to the current situation of the financial support of agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial support of agricultural industrialization in Jilin province.The fifth chapter is empirical study.To calculate the agricultural industrialization in Jilin province and the financial support of the association established the grey correlation model,the relationship between agricultural industrialization and financial support,and analysis of the different contribution of each financial resources for agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province financial support.The sixth chapter mainly according to the present financial support of agricultural industry in Jilin Province,the existing problems,the conclusions of empirical research,combined with the advanced experience of foreign countries,put forward how to better the agricultural industrialization in Jilin province carried out countermeasures of financial support.The seventh chapter is the conclusion.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: firstly,there is a difference in the financial needs of different agricultural operators.Second,the supply system of rural finance in Jilin province is not perfect,and the effective supply of funds for agricultural industrialization is not enough.Third,have a relatively close relationship between agricultural industrialization in Jilin province and financial support,the development of agricultural industrialization cannot do without the financial support of agricultural industrialization in Jilin Province,but the financial support is not strong,the financial resources in Jilin Province in the process of agricultural industrialization configuration is not reasonable.Fourth,Jilin Province,the financial support for agricultural industrialization and the main problems are lack of credit supply of rural financial institutions;single financial products,low service efficiency;agricultural enterprise loan difficult,limited financing capacity;agricultural financial guarantee mechanism is missing;the rural poor credit environment;the absence of agricultural insurance.According to the actual situation of Jilin Province,and learn from the advanced experience of foreign countries,can put forward the corresponding countermeasures including deepening the reform of rural finance;rural financial institutions to increase support for agriculture;to expand the financing channels,to increase the effective supply of funds;improve the agricultural guarantee system,carry out diversified guarantee business;accelerate the construction of rural credit system;the establishment of a multi-level agricultural insurance mechanism.
