Empirical Analasis Of Dynamic Relationship Of Tea Trade In China

China is the birthplace of tea,tea belongs to China,but also belongs to the world.Tea has thousands of years of production and consumption in our country as a national drink,has been an important agricultural product of export,occupies an important position in China's agriculture.Tea culture is our precious traditional culture,from the kings and nobles down to the ordinary people,we all like tea since the ancient times.The world consumption of tea has brought the development of tea trade between China and foreign countries.The development of tea trade has contributed to the development of the tea market,and the development of the tea market has promoted the development of trade.This paper is based on the domestic tea circulation market according to the author's field research experience.Domestic tea market is divided into sales tea market and production tea market,current situation and problems are described and discussed,mainly focus on the sales market in Beijing and production market in Songyang.Finally,do empirical research on Green Tea and Oolong Tea market,based on the econometrics analysis of the relationship between the tea market and the tea trade,the conclusion as follow:There is a long-term equilibrium relationship between domestic tea circulation market price and export price,when Songyang tea market price changes by 1%,Zhejiang green tea export price changes 0.34%,when Xinchang tea price changes by 1%,Zhejiang green tea export price changes 0.26%,but when the export prices deviate from the equilibrium price,it is difficult to turn to the equilibrium price in the short term.The domestic market price fluctuation is the reason of the change of the export price,and the change of the export price is not the reason of the domestic market price movement.China's export of tea has been playing an important role of world exports,Chinese green tea exports accounted for 80%of the total world trade in green tea,China is the largest exporter of green tea and producing country,so it is not hard to understand why green tea export prices change by domestic tea circulation market price.In-depth analysis of Songyang south tea market and Xinchang China tea market show a lateral correlation,latitude of Songyang is southern than Xinchang,so time to market of tea in Songyang is about half a month earlier than Xinchang,tea prices of Xinchang take Songyang as a reference,which is decided by similar products structure.In addition,related tea activity and industry information are exchanged by two markets.Finally,suggestions are provided on domestic tea market development,including establishment of a standard auction market learning from other tea producing country,saving transaction costs,standardize tea quality,protect farmers' rights and interests;development of e-commerce;the introduction of capital market and so on.
