Research On Taxation Service Under The Background Of Taxation Reform In Chongyang County

In the era of social change in the economic transition period, China's traditional economic market services have been unable to meet market demand, on this basis, the necessity and important role of taxation service have become increasingly prominent ,optimization of taxation service have become an important trend in the development of taxation system reform. In particular,at the critical stage of taxation system reform,The State Administration of Taxation put forward the "depth of service integration"requirements,and clearly pointed out the establishment of "convenient and efficient taxation service system, in order to achieve tax levy rate and levy cost "double reduction" , tax compliance and taxpayers' satisfaction "double upgrade". This requires the tax authorities at the grassroots level to establish a taxpayers' demand-oriented taxation service concept, and constantly optimize the taxation service work. However,compared with developed countries,our country's taxation service level,service consciousness,mechanisms and forms is still a gap. Our country's taxation service research has just started. Therefore, in the current political and economic and social development situation, a comprehensive understanding of the taxation service's deficiencies and how to improve the comprehensive level of taxation service is particularly important.Chongyang County Local Taxation Bureau has always attached great importance to taxation service. Especially in recent years, the service forms have been innovative, the service effectiveness has been optimized, and the service concept has also been a great change. However, the following problems still exist, for example, lack of service consciousness, single way of taxation service, low level of service quality and so on. It can,t meet the expectations of taxpayers' service value,and compared with the modern service requirements there are still a wide gap.In this paper, the basic situation of taxation service in Chongyang Country, on how to strengthen the taxation service to conduct a preliminary analysis of taxation service,and to provide practical suggestions for Chongyang taxation service. The text includes the following five parts:The first part mainly expounds the background and significance of taxation service research,and briefly expatiates on the current research situation of taxation service in foreign countries and our country, put forward my own main research methods.The second part mainly introduces the concept and development of taxation service,and elaborates the necessity of optimizing taxation service from four aspects.In the third part, the paper introduces the basic situation and achievements of the taxation service of Chongyang County Local Taxation Bureau, and on the basis of this,the outstanding problems are briefly analyzed from the service consciousness, service mode, service quality and level, information service and personalized service.The fourth part analyzes the existing problems of the taxation service of Chongyang County Local Taxation Bureau from its own factors, social environment and other five aspects.The fifth part elaborates the necessity of strengthening the taxation service in Chongyang County, and puts forward my own opinions and suggestions on how to improve the level of taxation service,and discusses the safeguard measures to implement these suggestions.
