Risk Analysis And Suggestions Of New-type Urbanization

The priority of new-type urbanization is to realize the residentialization of migrant rural workers orderly,improve the urban population's whole quality and the living standard,and promote the system reform constantly.So the workers can enjoy the town's treatment and welfare substantially.According to the survey[1],in 2016 in our country,the number of rural workers turns to 281.71 million,among them the number of local rural workers is 112.37 million,and the number of migrant rural workers is 169.34 million.Facing with the large scale of population transferring,the difficulty of promoting the new-type urbanization has increased.Meanwhile,the new-type urbanization is more and more important and urgent.New-type urbanization is a social transition process that needs the whole society to cooperate.The purpose is to completely free all the farmers from poor in the past.The development process would involve every aspect of economy and society,at the same time it would be restricted by them inevitably.Xinxiang,Henan has experienced some good policy like reform and opening up,the Rise of Central China Plan and the Zhongyuan urban agglomeration planning.It has been taking the opportunity and making remarkable achievements.But at the same time we also cannot ignore some problems appearing in the process of development,such as lack of understanding of the urbanization construction,the restriction of industrial structure,the speed of urbanization lagging behind industrialization and low population quality.These problems have become the obstacles of speed up the new-type urbanization.Therefore it requires us to summarize experience and lessons and analysis the problems to solve in time and dig up potential risk to adjust strategy.We should pursue the growth speed and more ensure the quality,it is also necessary to make effort for a healthier and more smoothly new-type urbanization of Xinxiang city.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.It elaborates this paper's background and significance,the research status at home and abroad using literature method,on this basis,refines the technical route from summarizing the whole content.At the second part,it mainly introduces the theoretical basis referring in this paper,including the new-type urbanization theory and risk theory.Just due to the previous scholars' research of the related problems,we can have the ideas and directions of it.The third part,on the basis of sorting out the new-type urbanization development situation in Xinxiang city,uses the statistical method to summarize the problems.The fourth part,expounds the potential risks of new-type urbanization in Xinxiang city systematically and comprehensively,and ranks all risks by their degree of importance.Thus it enables us to clearly recognize the main and minor risks and then avoid risk specifically.The fifth part,put forward some countermeasures to resolve risks of new-type urbanization in Xinxiang city,from the aspect of ensuring the coordinated development between urban and rural economy,improving the system innovation and the quality of the labor force.The sixth part is a brief summary of the above research work.
