Research On The New-type Urbanization Development Problems And Countermeasures Of Sanya City,Hainan Province

With the development of Chinese economy and culture,urbanization has become an inexorable trend in the history of our society.Premier Li Keqiang pointed out that "China's greatest potential for development in the next few decades is urbanization".The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC has also put forward the new requirements of benign interaction and harmonious development from the aspects of industrialization and agricultural modernization to develop Chinese characteristics and to realize new urbanization in the new period.This shows that urbanization is China's next few years to promote economic growth of an important measure.In the process of promoting urbanization in the whole country,Sanya,as a tropical coastal tourist city,should be based on its own unique resources and characteristics,and get out of a distinctive and ecologically sound sustainable development path,thus driving the steady and rapid development of Sanya industries.Based on the main mode of urbanization and its development experience at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and studies the present situation and problems in the process of new-type urbanization in Sanya,and tries to provide a practical and reliable development strategy for the promotion of the healthy and rapid development of the urbanization of Sanya.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is on the basis of the topic,analysis of domestic and foreign literature related to urbanization,combined with China's reality,put forward the purpose and significance.The second part is the research about the relevant theories and the necessity of the development of new-type urbanization,which lays a necessary foundation for further analysis and discussion.The third part is to combine the domestic and foreign urbanization development pattern and the experience,especially Qionghai the local urbanization characteristic and the experience carries on the demonstration analysis,obtaining the construction Sanya New Town the beneficial enlightenment and the suggestion.The forth part is to analyze the basic development conditions of Sanya new-type urbanization,and to explore the existing problems and reasons of Sanya.The fifth part is about how to effectively use Sanya advantageous resources,solve the existing problems as well as put forward the relevant opinions and suggestions,hoping to provide constructive suggestions for the development of Sanya's urbanization.
