Infrastructure construction as a rigid conditions in regional economic environment,on the one hand,plays a vital role in undertaking industrial transfer and actively guiding the knowledge-intensive and strategic emerging industries stationed in the regional;on the other hand,sound infrastructure greatly enhances the attractiveness of talent who is not only regarded as an important resource in promoting the regional economic,but a key factor in upgrading the industrial structure.Meanwhile,the infrastructure efficiency is an inescapable problem in studying the infrastructure investment.Therefore,this paper studies the impacts on the industrial structure changes from the perspective of efficiency of infrastructure investment,and finds a new angle for the industrial structure upgrading.Based on the comprehensive and a systematic construction of infrastructure efficiency input-output index system,through a series of technical treatments like standardization of data,weighting of coefficient of variation,calculation of comprehensive index level and so on,this paper respectively uses the method of DEA and SFA to measure the infrastructure efficiency.The results show that: From the angle of the eastern,central and western regions of China,the DEA efficiency of the eastern region is higher than that of western region whose DEA efficiency is higher than that of the central region.And after 2012,the efficiency of the western region begins to surpass the eastern;from the perspective of all regions,every province's DEA efficiency which is around a value up and down basically shows a fluctuation trend.Through the panel calibration standard error model and the threshold regression model,the empirical analysis about the relationship between the infrastructure efficiency and the two dimensions,rationalization and optimization,of industrial structure change is made.The analysis results show that the infrastructure efficiency have positive effect on optimization and rationalization level of industrial structure.And the effect of infrastructure efficiency on upgrading and rationalization level of industrial structure is gradually weakened after infrastructure efficiency have crossed two efficiency thresholds of 0.93 and 0.97 respectively,while its influence is still positive.Based on the comprehensive and a systematic construction of infrastructure efficiency input-output index system,through a series of technical treatments like standardization of data,weighting of coefficient of variation,calculation of comprehensive index level and so on,this paper respectively uses the method of DEA and SFA to measure the infrastructure efficiency.The results show that: From the angle of the eastern,central and western regions of China,the DEA efficiency of the eastern region is higher than that of western region whose DEA efficiency is higher than that of the central region.And after 2012,the efficiency of the western region begins to surpass the eastern;from the perspective of all regions,every province's DEA efficiency which is around a value up and down basically shows a fluctuation trend.Through the panel calibration standard error model and the threshold regression model,the empirical analysis about the relationship between the infrastructure efficiency and the two dimensions,rationalization and optimization,of industrial structure change is made.The analysis results show that the infrastructure efficiencyhave positive effect on optimization and rationalization level of industrial structure.And the effect of infrastructure efficiency on upgrading and rationalization level of industrial structure is gradually weakened after infrastructure efficiency have crossed two efficiency thresholds of 0.93 and 0.97 respectively,while its influence is still positive.
