Analysis On Operation Mode Of Commercial Bank Investment Loan Linkage In Our Country

Since China has entered a "new normal" economy,the industry and the finance has undergone profound changes,and the integration of industry and finance deepens continuously,also has developed out a variety of innovative models.Commercial banks as an important force in China's financial industry,also adapt to the trend of development in this change,and actively seek new direction of business innovation and transformation.How to combine the traditional indirect financing and direct investment of commercial banks,and how to achieve a new balance between risk control and profit promotion,is a realistic taskat the moment.This paper tried to analyze the experience from the commercial Banks involved in direct equity investment all over the world,combined with China's current situation of the development and regulatory requirements of the financial industry,to discuss the operating mode of investment loan linkage and implementation path.Firstly,this paper studies the existing mode of operation of domestic and foreign commercial banks,and analyzes the feasibility and operation orientation of the linkage of commercial banks in China and summarizes the several common patterns.Secondly,it analyzes the case of HZ City,including the design of transaction structure,credit analysis and repayment ability,and points out the innovation of this model and the experience of risk control.Finally,this paper studies the development direction of the linkage operation mode of the commercial banks in China.First,the concrete operation mode of the construction of the linkage system of commercial banks,including the system design,the model suggestions and the realization of the benefits and the analysis of the value creation points;Second,from the practical operation of the lessons learned,the policy recommendations,including the top design,commercial banks and industry self-discipline and so on.The research of this paper provides some feasible suggestions for the further healthy development of China's commercial banks,and provides more ways for enterprises to solve the financing problem.
