Research On The Development Of Beijing Bank's Investment And Loan Linkage Business

With the changes of the times and the development of economy,The economic development model which promoted by technological innovation and capital expansion is considered to be a new trend in the current era,The organic combination of technology and finance is the perfect point for the development of an economy.The government had published the “ Launching the Pilot Project of Science and Technology Enterprises' Investment and Loan Linkage” in 2016,which is an important strategic initiative of the Party Central Committee to coordinate the promotion of Sci-tech innovation and the development of finance.The investment and loan business combine equity investment with debt investment: On the one hand,pilot banks make domestic fund subsidiaries,overseas wholly-owned subsidiaries or direct investment subsidiaries which are holding equity investment licenses to operate equity investment;On the other hand,pilot banks are undertaking the debt investment.This model compensate the high risk of banks' creditor's rights investment with the high return rate of Sci-tech Enterprises and combine the transformation of banks and the demand of Sci-tech Enterprises so as to balances the loan risks of banks and strengthens the ability of finance services to the real economy.This article use the method of game theory to analyse the financial demands of Sci-tech Enterprises,and select Beijing Bank which have good business performance for case analysis,aiming at the present phase of the pilot operation common problems and phenomenon to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for further promotion of Investment and Loan Linkage.This essay comprise four parts for research: In addition to the introduction of the first part,on the basis of elaborating the concept of Investment and Loan Linkage business and theoretical basis,then the necessity of carrying out Investment and Loan Linkage business in China is analyzed.The second section makes Beijing Bank an example to analyze the Investment and Loan Linkage business in China at the present stage: from the perspective of service entity--Sci-tech Enterprises to research the funds demands in first and latter round: In the first round of financing,Sci-tech Enterprises with its own development characteristics trend to financing funds;and in refinancinground,Sci-tech Enterprises will pay attention to the key point of control and interests rights of company rather than money;On this basis,selecting the Beijing bank from the aspects of customer selection,mode application and risk prevention-control to research the common problems in the development of Investment and Loan Linkage business in China at the stage of emergence.The fourth part of is policy recommendations,For the further development of Investment and Loan linkage business of Beijing bank and in China,this paper raises the series of suggestions,such as making clear the customer positioning,innovating the business model,and strengthening the establishment of its own risk prevention mechanism.
