The Research Of The "Investment And Loan Linkage" For Chinese Commercial Banks

The "investment and loan linkage" mode not only provides new financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises,but also helps the transformation of commercial banks.At present,commercial banks in China are generally faced with the decline in asset quality,the drop in profit growth,the reduction of deposit and loan spreads and other difficulties in operation.The “investment and loan linkage” specifies a new way for commercial banks.In April 2016,the CBRC,the ministry of science and technology and the people's bank of China jointly issued “The guideline about supporting the financial institutions of the banking industry to increase innovation strength and launch ‘investment and loan linkage' pilot projects of the scientific and technological innovation-oriented enterprises”.This guideline approved 10 banks such as national development bank,Shanghai pudong development bank in silicon-valley,bank of Beijing to be as a pilot;approve five national independent innovation demonstration districts which are Beijing Zhongguancun,Wuhan East lake,Shanghai Zhangjiang,Tianjin Binhai and Xi'an to start “investment and loan linkage”.This guideline marks the relevant regulatory policies gradually loosening and commercial banks to carry out the “investment and loan linkage” business into the new periodIn this article,through analyzing and studying the status quo and the operation mode of “investment and loan linkage” which is carried out by our country commercial bank at present,point out the advantages and existing problems for Chinese commercial banks to carry out “investment and loan linkage”,drawing lessons from existing “investment and loan linkage” model in the world,suggest for setting up a long-term mechanism to promote the development of “investment and loan linkage” in the future,and add impetus to accelerate the transformation of domestic investment banking operation.
