Research On Financial Services Marketing Strategy Of SMES Business In State-owned Commercial Banks

Along with our country economic restructuring,large companies "financial disintermediation",interest rate reform deepening,commercial Banks' traditional profit model which is given priority to with big customer customer structure and mainly deal with big business has been challenged,which suggests that Banks need to transition to find new profit growth point.And with the SMEs GDP proportion in the whole national economy increase year by year,meanwhile,the national government issued a series policies to promote the development of SMEs businesses,therefore developing SMEs business financial business becomes the major direction of the strategic transformation of commercial Banks.This paper's research object is the SME loan business marketing activities of China construction bank S branch.Based on the theory of marketing and other related knowledge,by doing research on the current marketing achievements in loan business of SME of CCB S branch,marketing system and marketing model,marketing team,marketing channel research.Analysis problems and the insufficiencies existing in the marketing strategy,and propose the Suggestions and measures to deal with it.This paper puts forward that as branches of deal with marketing work had better to segment the target market in the first place during marketing work,and then base on the industrial chain,business circle,such as cooperation platform to formulate a prior planning batch development marketing model,to make the retail development of small business as a success.The research conclusion in this paper could be the reference for other commercial Banks in making SMEs marketing strategy.
