The Topic Analysis Of Agricultural Scientific Research Project Of China,America And Europe Based On LDA Model

The major discovery or theoretical breakthrough of scientific research projects often breed new reforms,cause new progresses in technology and production,and finally,promote the development of social economy and scientific and technological progress.Attaching great importance to the analysis of scientific research projects not only can help researchers to track the study trend of peers,but also provide objective and reliable information support to those who make policies of scientific and technological development or optimize allocation of resources.The methodologies and idea of LDA model have been adopted in this paper,the key technologies and approaches of the construction of LDA model have been studied,the data of agricultural scientific projects of FP,NSF and NSFC between 2007 and 2016 was choosen as an example for empirical study,the LDA model targeted at scientific projects was designed and realized in the selected data.The main research work and results of this paper are concluded as following:(1)This paper makes a deep analysis of the traditional scientific project method which is based on bibliometric methods,compared and discussed the advantage of topic discovery on performance and effects between LDA and bibliometric methods,study deeply the improved models and the construction methods.(2)In view of the characteristics of scientific research project of higher innovative,rich in content,reading difficulties etc,this paper put forwards a preliminary framework.based on LDA model which includes the latent topic extraction and timing analysis of the strength of topics.(3)This paper takes the agricultural scientific projects of data of FP,NSF and NSFC between 2007 and 2016 as the research object,the LDA model targeted at scientific projects was designed and realized in the selected data.then this paper did the topic analysis based on this model,and made the comparison among FP,NSF and NSFC.In conclusion,this study proves that it is the best practice to applying iedas and methodologies of LDA model,to realize the timely,accurate and efficient analysis of scientific research projects.It means a lot to improve the usability and analyzability of scientific research projects,it opens up a new path for data analysis of scientific research projects.
