The Optimization Research On Light-assets Profit Model Of M-company

The international economic pattern has been changed since the 2008 financial crisis,many foreign clothing brand began to enter the Chinese market,which lead to a more complex competition environment.And this brings the competition landscape from the single product competition to a profit model completion.Even though,in the practice of light–assets profit model,there are still exist a big problem-high inventory problem.Because many of these companies focus on the enterprise short-term profitability and ignore the support of the key resources including relationship and information ‘s leverage effect.Based on the related theory,M-company on behalf of the light-assets enterprise as a case study,we find out its light-assets,determine the nature of its light-assets profit model and analysis the process how the light-assets of M-company promote earnings.Finally,we get the defects of the light-assets profit model which aims at maximising profit.Comprehensive analysis,considering the sustainable development,we put forward a optimization scheme to serve the supply-chain problem of light-assets profit model of M-company which could improve the future costume revenue,reduce the production cost,release amount of cash flow and digest the existing high inventory.This paper analyzes the most representative of the clothing enterprise asset light profit model,and put forward a light assets profit model optimization scheme whose goal is the sustainable development.And based on the foundation,it provides a certain reference value for other light-asset enterprises in clothing industry.
