A Study On The Measurement Of Level Of Smart City Construction

With the construction of new urbanization in China to promote the region,set off a wave of smart city construction boom,but because our country is in the smart city construction,even the lack of construction objectives and planning reasonable and scientific,most of the pilot units hope smart city construction can be exhaustive,lack of features,the formation of the monotony of the wisdom of the city blueprint no,the real service for the future development strategy of the city.With the gradual deepening of the wisdom of the city construction,how to determine the focus of the smart city construction,the evaluation index system of the smart city construction level of unity,selection of models and methods of scientific evaluation has become the focus of city construction wisdom,based on objective measurement of the level of construction,give full play to its advantages in resources,innovation and development mode,the construction of an economy,suitable,green features smart city sustainable development has become the wisdom of the city had to solve the problem.First of all,this paper sort out the domestic and foreign research literature related to smart city,introduces the background and significance of the research on the measurement of the level of smart city construction.This paper expounds the connotation of the concept of smart city and measurement,introduces the theoretical connotation of the measurement of the level of the construction of the smart city,and analyzes the connotation of the five basic elements of the smart city.Secondly,analyzes the principles of index system construction,expounds the factors influencing the construction of smart city construction level evaluation index system,on the basis of the construction of infrastructure,the level of public services,the level of economic growth,environment livable level,industrial modernization level five level construction of multi dimension and multi-level smart city construction level evaluation index system and it also analyzes the index.Again,the basis for selection of smart city construction level measurement model,and the construction of smart city construction level measurement of rough set model based on-BP neural network model,this algorithm steps to measure the reasonable evaluation system of the smart city construction level.Finally,select 12 smart city as the research sample,use MATLAB statistical software to train the sample data,and measure the level of the smart city construction.Comparing the results of different methods,the validity of the method of the level measurement model based on rough set-BP neural network is verified.According to the wisdom of the city construction level from the current situation of the promotion of innovation wisdom city construction and development mode,the quality of public services,smart city smart city optimizing industrial system,improve security measures of smart city construction in four aspects and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to the development of smart city construction.
