Research On The Coordinated Development Of Industrial Structure And Urbanization In Inner Mongolia

Thirty years of reform and opening up,the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's economy has been rapid and stable development,relying on the huge resources,the talent advantage and regional geographical advantages,Inner Mongolia has successively formed six pillar industry based energy industry,chemical industry,metallurgical industry,machinery manufacturing,agricultural and livestock products processing and high technology,the development of urbanization and with the rapid development of urbanization,more outstanding.Although the industrial structure has great improvement and development,the development of urbanization in the region and the union full of sound and colour,but the industrial structure and the urbanization development is not balanced,the efficiency of resource utilization is not high,the utilization rate is not in place.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the coordinated development between the industrial structure and urbanization in Inner Mongolia.Therefore,in this paper,through reading the literature,the theory of the three industrial structure and the evolution of urban development has a more profound understanding.Then on the industrial structure and the urbanization development of Inner Mongolia made a preliminary analysis,analysis of existing in the industrial structure and urbanization stage in every city in the problems and the reasons,and use the VAR model to the case of Inner Mongolia between industrial structure and urbanization;then according to the theory of coordinated development,the selection of system coupling theory,through the coupling coordination degree of construction coordination model using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the industrial structure and the urbanization index system in cities in Inner Mongolia coupled.On this basis,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:First,optimize the industrial structure,promote the development of urbanization.According to the 123 industry,this paper proposes measures to optimize the industrial structure with the first industry,to adjust the industrial structure of agriculture,promote agricultural industrialization;on the second industry,the need to optimize the internal structure of industry,the development of high-tech industry;third industry is an important industry in the future urbanization development expenditure,therefore need to actively develop the third industry and enhance the ability to absorb the labor force in order to make the development of urbanization more reasonable health.Second,promote urbanization and promote the optimization of industrial structure.After all the urbanization of human urbanization,therefore need to promote immigrant policy,improve the level of development of urbanization,the urbanization has more vitality;furthermore the region to improve the capital city of the first degree,accelerate the construction of the regional center of the city,so you can attract more foreigners to work in the city,promote the optimization of industry structure.
