Guan Area Urbanization And Resource And Environment Coupling Mechanisms And Their Coordinated Development

Urbanization is an insurmountable stage of development in the modernization, greatly promoted the development of social and economic of countries and regions. But during rapid urbanization in our country, vulgar ways of development cause resources and environment realistic destroy or potential threat, make urbanization facing rising constraints by resources and environment, and bring serious resource environmental crisis to our country's sustainable development. Therefore, research the coupling mechanism between urbanization and resources & environment for realizing the coordinated and sustainable development between urbanization and resources & environment has the important theoretical and practical significance.The thesis regards Guanzhong region as the research object, regards sustainable development thought and system theory as guidance, comb and comment both home and abroad research's main outcome about the urbanization and resources & environment interactions, through the analysis of development on urbanization and resources & environment of Guanzhong region, analyze the interaction and Stress effect between urbanization and resources & environment by qualitative and quantitative way, discuss the coupling mechanism between urbanization and resources & environment. Based on the establishment of evaluation index system, make a horizontal comparison among 10 dense city areas by using entropy theory and the coordinated development evaluation model, evaluate the coordinated development level between urbanization and resources & environment in Guanzhong region, analyze the dynamic changes of coordinated development level, and evaluate and analyze the dynamic coupling level between urbanization and resources & environment by the dynamic coupling model.Based on the dynamic analysis of the coordinated development level and the coupling level between urbanization and resources & environment, the coordinated development level between urbanization and resources & environment has remained relatively stable upward trend in 1990 till 2008, through stand on the edge of disorder to force coordination to good coordination. However, with the rising standards in the coordination of development, the coupling action between urbanization and resources& environment is rising, the contradiction between the two is growing, make a serious threat to the sustainable development in the region. The only way to promote the coordinated development between urbanization and resources & environment, fundamentally ease the contradiction between the two, and achieve regional sustainable development is change the vulgar way of urban development, establish a scientific concept of urbanization development that population, resources, economic, social and environmental coordinated development, and promote resource-saving and environment-friendly urbanization development model.
