Government Subsidy,Industrial Agglomeration And Independent Innovation

As a result of new energy in maintaining steady economic growth,optimizing the industrial structure to play a positive role in such aspects,makes governments to vigorously support the development of new energy industry.As the world's second largest energy consumer,China has reached to the critical period that the energy constraints economic development.In order to solve the energy shortage in the national economic development,improve the ecological environment,our country vigorously cultivate the development of new energy industry,accelerate economic restructuring and upgrading.At present,China's new energy industry is in a rapid development stage,the government in order to support the development of new energy industry,increase the intensity of R&D subsidies and tax breaks,promote the reasonable gathering of new energy industry,improve the independent innovation ability of enterprises,thus enhance the market competitiveness of new energy industry.Based on this,this paper selects 2008-2015 A-share listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen of the 136 new energy companies as research samples,and conducts in-depth and systematic research on the relationship among government subsidy,industrial agglomeration and independent innovation.On the basis of elaborating the related concepts and theories of government subsidy,industrial agglomeration and independent innovation,this paper divides the two important variables of government subsidy and industrial agglomeration into the analysis framework of independent innovation of new energy enterprises,combined with the data of listed companies in the new energy industry,Firstly using descriptive analysis,stability analysis,correlation analysis,linear inspection data for the analysis,then using the econometric model validate the relationship among government subsidy,industrial agglomeration and independent innovation.The results show that both government direct subsidy and government tax breaks will have a significant effect on the independent innovation of the new energy enterprises.Government direct subsidy can lead enterprises to develop new products and help enterprises to obtain more R&D funds;Similarly,the government tax breaks can also effectively promote the enterprise independent innovation.Compared to state-owned enterprises,non-state-owned enterprises pay more attention to the use of government subsidy to enhance their independent innovation ability.The effect of government subsidy on the independent innovation of new energy enterprises is affected by the degree of industrial agglomeration,the degree of industrial agglomeration is higher,and the promoting effect is better for the independent innovation of new energy enterprises.On this basis,this paper puts forward that we should further improve the government subsidy,improve the government and market supervision mechanism,reduce the monopoly of state-owned enterprises,raise the level of industrial agglomeration,enhance the sense of market competition and enhance the independent innovation ability of new energy enterprises.The research of this paper provides a good theoretical basis and practical guidance for the development of new energy industry in China.
