The Influence Of Industry Transfer On Independent Innovation In Anhui Province

In recent years,the ability of independent innovation has become an important indicator to measure the economic development potential of a country or region, and gradually increased to a regional and national strategy. Under the background of economic globalization, improve the capability of independent innovation in a region can not only from the internal area, but also through communication with the outside world,introduction, digestion and absorption to improve, especially in recent years, the effect of the industrial transfer to the independent innovation of the area which accept the industrial transfer is worth pondering.With China's industrial division of labor and industrial layout to the accelerate adjustment period, the inter regional industrial transfer trend is further strengthened, the scale of transfer is growing. It is meaningful to study the relationship between the provincial industrial transfer and innovation, to understand and master the mechanism and influencing factors between the two, for the upgrade of industrial structure and the coordinated development of regional economy.On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature, this paper argues that the influence of the inter regional industrial transfer to the independent innovation is mainly influenced by technological research and develop spillovers, direct transfer of technology and industrial agglomeration effect. On the basis of theoretical analysis, using the data from 2007 to2014 of Anhui Province for empirical test, found that industrial transfer can enhance the ability of independent innovation, and this capability is influenced by the factor of the level of economic development, research and development expenses, regional opening degree and so on. The result shows that regional economic development should attach great importance to the effects of the industrial transfer to the independent innovation,creating favorable conditions to promote independent innovation ability, so as to promote the development of regional economy.
