Design And Implementation Of A System For Municipal Pension Insurance Public Service

In recent years,as the aging of population becoming more and more serious,the service of the pension insurance management and colleting organizations getting more and more.The collecting staff is lacked.And the operators have too much word.At the same time,as the developing of computer science and technology,systematical intellectual management has been the trend of social development.The pension insurance collecting organizations at different levels are developing pension insurance collecting systems.For the differences of collecting systems of the provinces,the pension insurance systems vary.In the provinces and cities where local tax department are authorized to collect the pension insurance,the pension insurance collecting systems are designed and developed by the local tax departments.The collecting system is changed into The Third of CTAIS,which was not integrated with the pension insurance collecting system.And the module of pension insurance in the Qin Tax System cannot be the system for collecting pension insurance because the Qin Tax System was not operated any more.Yulin Local Tax Bureau acted soon and quickly,and the pension insurance collecting system at the city level was born simultaneously.The contents of different phrases i.e.requirements analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing of the pension insurance system at city level was designed and developed targeted at the current pension collecting problems in the Yulin Local Tax Bureau,based on the analysis of pension collecting module in the Qin Tax System and the work flow of current pension insurance collecting,and was in accordance with the software development specifications.Firstly,this thesis introduced the research background and significance of the pension insurance public service system.And the domestic developing status and the main research contents of the pension insurance public service system were introduced.The research contents of the city level pension insurance public service system were followed thereafter.Secondly,some relevant technologies involved in developing the system were introduced.After detailed investigation and research,requirements analysis of the pension insurance public service was performed.The customers' requirements were expressed through case diagrams by UML.And the contents was determined including units insurance,personal insurance,insurance declare,fees verification,public service management and so on.In the system design stage,guided by the requirements of system development,targeted at the contents to be implemented,the services of the system were designed.Both overall framework and functional module framework was designed.The contents of the data base design of services functional module were provided.At the stage of system implementing,detailed implementing introduction of the services functional modules which the author engaged in was provided.The services functional modules include units insurance,personal insurance,fees management module and public service management module and so on.The designing of the modules are introduced by class diagrams.In the system testing stage,the services functional modules was tested in comparison with the contents determined in the requirements analysis stage through black-box testing and white-box testing.Examples of every service function were provided,and the testing results were showed.The city level pension insurance public service system which passed the functional and performance test was successfully running on the line.The system provided good service in the pension insurance authorized collecting for Yulin Local Tax Bureau.Continuous functional optimizing,completing the operating manual and integrating the system to the Third CTAIS are the main work to do at present.
