The Analysis Of The Influencing Factors For New Urbanization Under The Background Of Sustainable Development

Urbanization is the only way to develop social modernization and as wall as an important channel to accomplish the economic development of undeveloped countries or regions.Currently,the urbanization level in our country is in a stage of rapid development,however,in the past ten years,China's urbanization has followed such an extensive and denotative path as to cause its unsustainability during the development.To better and quicken China's urbanization,the notion of New-type Urbanization is put forward in December 2015 at the City Work Meeting of the 18 th CPC National Congress,which explicitly shows that this kind of urbanization goes for the natural development rule.In detail,without any damage to the local natural surroundings,local urbanization is allowed to carry on.Only the pre-protection of ecological environment can the local development turn to a sustainable path.In other words,the key point is to guarantee the constant natural protection of a local area throughout the whole urbanization.Therefore,the urbanization of Changzhi city should be fulfilled on the premise of having nature protected all the way to accomplish its sustainable and healthy development.Firstly,based on a summary of the domestic and foreign studies on urbanization,a reference to structure transformation theory,population migration theory,sustainable development theory and a comparison between traditional and new-type urbanization,this paper will define the term New-type Urbanization.Secondly,combined with the existing research findings of some scholars,Changzhi city will serve as a specific case to show that certain factors definitely work together to influence its new-style urbanization – the economic,industrial,infrastructural and financial ones.To the existing factors,an eco-environmental index is added – Green Coverage Ratio of the Built-up Area which not only functions to explain how much difference the ecological environment makes on the development of urbanization,but also serves to classify all the influencing factors into three types--the sustainable development of economy,society and ecology.All these factors are involved to build up the index system of influencing factors for new-typeurbanization.Based on the double logarithm linear model,using the data of changzhi city from 2000 to 2015 as sample,adopting the principal component regression analysis method,and resorting to the software of SPSS and Eviews for an empirical analysis of the index system,the essay will figure out the elasticity estimates of the individual influencing factor for Changzhi new-type urbanization.According to the size of the absolute value of elasticity estimates,the top four are green coverage ratio of the built-up area,the added value proportion of the second industry,the added value proportion of the third industry,and the population of college students,which give the biggest push to the development of Changzhi new-type urbanization.They are confirmed to promote the development rapidly.The following five are urban residents per capita income,rural per capita income,total social investment in fixed assets,the per capita GDP and third industry employment proportion,which give the second biggest push to the development of Changzhi new-type urbanization.It turned out that they promote the development moderately.The final three are the registered urban unemployment rate,the total loans of financial institutions and the second industry employment proportion,which give the smallest push to the development of Changzhi new-type urbanization.Actually,they hinder the development seriously.If the registered urban unemployment rate goes to minus,the lower the minus value is,the more job opportunities there will be.What's more,the empirical results show that there exist deviations in industry structure and employment structure.In detail,the second industry and the tertiary industry appeal to inadequate labor forces,causing the real employment rate falls far behind the required one for Changzhi new-type urbanization.Finally,combined with the empirical analysis results and the status quo of Changzhi new-type urbanization,combining with the new urbanization development present situation of Changzhi city,the essay will put forward reasonable suggestions on the following path to follow for the ultimate accomplishment of Changzhi new-type urbanization.
