Study On The Adaptation Degree Of Industrial Structure And Talent Structure In Liaoning Province

The coordinated development of regional talent structure optimization and the upgrading of regional industrial structure is the objective law of economic development.In order to study the coordination of industrial structure in Liaoning Province and talent structure adaptation degree.Based on the theory of synergetics in the composite system,depending on the talent structure and industrial structure as the two simple system of economic subsystem,through the establishment of the function of adaptation degree function,to determine the weights of evaluation indexes,adaptation degree classification,the determination of the optimal fit method of 14 cities in Liaoning Province from 2000 to 2014 data were quantified calculation.From talent structure input generation allocation utility link and co scheduling research found,industrial structure and talent structure in Liaoning Province in the overall weak coordination level,including Dalian,Shenyang City and Liaoning Province,the overall level,the remaining 12 cities in weak disturbance degree level.Indicators show of Liaoning Province talent structure of inputs and generate links to Liaoning Province General Co scheduling has a significant role in driving,therefore to optimize the allocation of talent and talent utility links,give full play to the personnel structure fit the development of the industrial structure effect.
