With the rapid development of China's tourism industry,domestic tourism has entered the era of mass tourism and universal tourism. People, living in the new era,are increasingly keen on going after personalized tourism needs, are directing growing attention to travel experience. With the tendency of experience economy and ,segmentation of hotel Category, boutique hotel came into being, its immediately welcomed by a host of consumers which, in turn, leads to a phenomenal growth in the number of boutique hotel. However, increasingly fierce competition in the domestic hotel industry, make the development of boutique hotel encountered a series of bottleneck problems, such as the lack of industry norms resulting in, in the same time the low user experience, singular product structure and many other alike. Presently,with the advent of the Internet era and the deepening "tourism +","Internet+", Guided by the continuous innovation of Internet thinking, the traditional hotel developmental model has been affected by above tends to varied degrees.On the basis of reading a large number of relevant literatures, this paper takes three representative boutique hotels "Howoo life","Anji tents" and "Marriott JW" in the Mogan mountain Area as research objects,and explore,in the Internet era,Internet thinking how to influence the developmental model of boutique hotel, how to effectively solve bottlenecks problems against boutique hotel's development. Several findings are shown as following:(1) With the application and improvement of Internet thinking in hotel industry,during their development process, the three aforementioned case samples manifested this thinking model in varying degrees. There are both strengths and weaknesses among the three, it is advisable to learn from each other and achieve common progress.(2) The article uses several thinking models consisting of the Internet thinking to explore innovatively the marketing mode, service mode, management mode and multiple model included by development mode of boutique hotel, and tries to construct the innovative developmental path of the boutique hotel in China under the Internet thinking.(3) In the context of Internet thinking, for one, the mechanism construction of innovative developmental path is better to serve for the advance in Chinese tourism; for another, is greatly significant to further investigate and guide the considerable progress in Chinese tourism in substantial ways.
